I ordered two pizzas through Uber Eats. Both pizzas arrived undercooked and one was upside down. The pop was missing from the order. I contacted the store and they told me the pizzas would be replaced within 10 minutes. After more than an hour, I called the store back. I explained the problem to another employee. He referred to me as a liar and used profanity. I told the guy I would file a complaint with Uber Eats. His response was, "I don't care.". Uber Eats will not do anything about it, and he used more profanity. A driver showed up shortly after I hung up the phone with just the missing pop. HAMILTON'S WORST PIZZA!

i used to order from them all the time as the food was very good and as well as prices. i stopped ordering from them becuase they changed the chicken from regular to shwarma (i will note that i do like shwarma chicken just not on pizza) i recently ordered from them and waited about an hr and half for said order to arrive. when i attemted to call i was continuously hung up on about 8 times before someone finally asnwered. they told me that they would let the manager know of my issue and would be contacted within a half hr. i called the other number for brunos and apparently the store is not affiliated with the brunos that i had originally ordered from and they have been recieving angry customer calls because of this other brunos. i tried calling tonight to make an order after calling and being hung up on with out so much as a hello, it pick up then click. occured 10 times before i said screw it and ordered from another restaurant. these guys need to go back to business school and learn how to properly run a business as well as learn customer service qualities. tehy dont even carry a small pizza anymore. if i could post this with no stars i would

Their shwarma pizza is amazing! I haven't switched pizza places in the last 5 years or even longer and their wings! This is actually the first pizza place to ever serve love sauce wings so juicy id highly recommend everyone to try them at least once and see for yourself.
After over an hour and a half for delivery, Worst food I’ve ever eaten, pizza was absolutely disgusting, I looked like someone had picked things off of it, the bottom was burnt it tasted like it had been reheated 3 times, the pizza tasted like a frozen pizza with a few extra thing tossed on top, crust was ultra thick and felt and tasted like a loaf of bread, wings were under cooked, best part of the meal was the pop that came with it was cold, will NEVER order from this shithole again, terrible food.
This place used to be decent in the past, but that's all over now. Chicken shwarma pizza had a hard, small sharp looking bone piece in it. Thank goodness we noticed before biting into it. Ordered wings that tasted like old chicken and quite dry, wasnt enjoyable at all. We decided to give them 1 more try months later avoiding the chicken, and they failed again miserably. Pizza was made wrong with missing toppings. Onions rings were very hard and burnt, and the CAESAR salad was the biggest joke! It came with a pack of ITALIAN and RANCH dressing..?? We ordered CAESAR. Both packs sent were EXPIRED anyways!!! Ranch was all curdled, italian smelled funny. I really hope other customers noticed before eating.Oh man, what happened to this place? Been in our area for over a decade, we used to enjoy it. Sad we'll never order from there again. Seems many neighbours in the area have stopped as well.
Look people, it's not GREAT pizza, but their pickup special is $7 for a medium, $9 for a large, $11 for an extra large, extra toppings are $1, the people there are nice and they're quick.I can't give them five stars because, no, the food is not anything to write home about, but even if the pizza does rate an "Ok, I guess," the price is right and the people are nice when you just want to run over and grab some quick food.
We had pizza and it was cooked just perfect. Crust was light and fluffy, lots of toppings and very tasty! My husband and I are foodies and Bruno's is one of two pizza places that we enjoy their pizza. Thank you for the great pizza!
Where is my pizza??????Terrible service! Completely inconsistent even at their best. I order the same pizza but it has always shown up made differently and late. My last order was the last time I will be ordering from this place, I waited 2 hours for a pizza delivery only to be told that the delivery was being canceled as they could not deliver suddenly ........ this is after 2 hours of waiting! , no reason given , no explanation, no heads up, no attempt to make up for their mistake, no apology. Just bad customer service period. Save yourself the aggravation and order somewhere else, their are plenty of better options.My opinion based on our experience.
