when you first walk in, the store appears very clean. but i was overcome with a strong weed smell. not a big deal, it could have been anyone. i was approached by a middle aged woman with no mask on who didn't look happy to see me and rolled her eyes at me as i placed my order. i suspect the weed smell was coming from her. she made my smoothie and the rest of my experience was fine but my smoothie wasn't fully blended and it was only half full when i opened it. i have had other friends who love the gym nearby complain about similar issues. hopefully said employee can stop smoking pot at work and make better smoothies!
Poor service. No eye contact when greeting or speaking to customers from manager or staff. They look like they don't even want to be there. One staff member out of 4 visits was pleasant. Will find another booster juice to go to.
I’ve been disappointed with this location twice. First time, I ordered a seasonal smoothie and it was completely runny - I had to take it home and blend in some more frozen fruit to make it thicker. Second time, I ordered an açai bowl (my first time ordering this, but I thought it sounded good). The employees had no idea how to make it, didn’t have all the ingredients, and gave me this bowl of brown sludge (pictured). If they had just let me know that they weren’t familiar with the recipe, I would have ordered something else. From now on, I’ll save my money and just make smoothies at home.
It’s 6.pm on Monday Feb 14 I went there to get beet carrot juice the guy said they can’t make it cause they just washed the juicer seriously and they close at 9 pm poor service I can imagine if it’s 10 minutes to close but it’s 3 hours to close very disappointed
trash manager, treats employees bad. seen it with my own eyes.
