Very delicious food at decent prices. The restaurant itself is very spacious and the booths and tables are big enough for all the plates and food. The service is excellent, very polite and friendly staff. The robot that serves you sometimes is very cool. This is definitely one of our new favourite places to eat in Hamilton and we’ll be back and back.
Well, I don’t mind giving 5 star if they serve food little bit quicker. I feel really bad for people are hungry come to your place and have to wait like 2 hours for food? If it’s like 45 minutes then customer is okay even if it max 1 hour people still understand but what to say about 2 hours?This is now repeated 3rd time in a row I think , I have to think about next time visiting.
Last night we have ordered masala dosa and cheese uttapam.The worst masala dosa I ever had in my life.In every bite I could feel loads of oil, oil was leaking like anything in the packing container. It was more like eating aloo paratha than masala dosa. I will not recommend anyone this place for South Indian food.

Ok.. . I found this place based on good reviews .. ordering from this place regularly for a year , I was happy to have a go to Indian non-veg restaurant in SC ..Below are some points based on my recent experiences with them:1. Bad Food experience lately (Stale stinking smelly )..never order Hakka/appetizers/goat items2.Never order again if you dare to complain ( untrained staff ..pretend to mishear after wrong order ..revenge tactics such as complaining out of stock or delaying your order or modifying at last moment)3.Poor customer service(again and enough written )Avoid if you can ..Happy 2022 guys, Thanks for reading !
I have heard that this place has great food, but are so busy and unorganized. I walked in to place my order and had to wait for half an hour to place my order. Once the order was placed they said it'll take 1.5 hours.Fair enough, I thought because it was a walk in, but people who had placed their order 2 hours ago, or delivery guys who came to pick food, they were also waiting for half an hour or so for the orders. Some people had to just leave as the food wasn't ready.Another thing, there is generally noone at the front desk to tell take orders or even tell you how much time will the order take.Looked like a bunch of people were waiting there for 20 mins, looking at each other, wondering if this place is open or shut ?I don't know about the food, but I would definitely never order here.
My order number which i ordered through Uber eats #F66D6I got a reply from the owners as fake review so I would say u should be ashamed of yourself instead of accepting your mistake and assuring the customers that you will resolve the problem, he had guts to say that review is fake .In fact now I am confident that all positive reviews written for your restaurant are fake made by you to mislead us .They don’t deliver fresh food .i got sick after eating the food .I have given one star as I cannot give zero .please don’t order food fromThis restaurant especially during pandemic time when one should take care of health and definitely not for children
This is nice place to go and relax. Traditionally decorated hall give you a warm feeling.Surviving during pandemic is strong proof of their quality and service.

Very delicious food (fresh ingredients) and very nice staff. They accommodated us even though we reached just around closure time and gave personal attention.Found that the Chef - Owner comes from Taj Hotels, which explains the authentic taste of Indian food.
