Prices are becoming a little bit ridiculous for ice cream cones at Baskin Robbins. $19 for a couple of double scoop waffle cones/bowls. I love the flavours and quality but prices are a little outrageous. Love the ice cream and service was fast but need to lower the prices. Times are hard for people right now. Be Better Baskin Robbins!

Amazing experience. As a business owner, I was impressed with how well they handled their customers. Last minute we went to get ice cream at 9:55pm when they close at 10:00. They ran out of waffle cones and the man behind the counter insisted on making us fresh ones! We go regularly and have told our friends and family about this specific location. Very nice people, amazed they did this when they were closing for the night. Great job guys!
The shop owner is always very helpful and friendly. The birthday cakes are especially good! Would recommend even if you need a last minute cake they have plenty on hand.
The employees were rude and tried to rush me to pick when I couldn’t see the flavours because of people standing in front. Was having a bad day and they only made it worse by being rude and pushy. No customer service at all.
I was in on Saturday evening sometime and saw an employee standing in the parking lot next to a car. The car was parked in an accessible parking spot, no sticker or identification to be parking there with quite a few people standing around it. Thought it was a little odd to be doing that. I am giving points though because the girls inside were fantastic, very nice very helpful and made my experience amazing! Will be back but maybe should talk to the employees about what they should and shouldn’t be doing on the job.

Tried to order Cheesy Dill Kernels popcorn. The employee said they were out of premade dill popcorn and he wasn't "in the right headspace to make more popcorn." It was a very strange interaction. Seems like either the owner treats their employees very poorly or only hires people who aren't willing to do their job. Either way, probably best to visit another location given how expensive the food is.
I would give this 5 stars if it was cheaper. The popcorn is great - love it, but quite expensive - the same with the ice cream.
