( Next trip will dine in at some point am or pm ( Now Full Breakfast Service Has Returned ) We enjoyed all selections for starters, mains and wine selection to pair with splendid dinner over looking the city lights from suite windows. No desserts this trip to full from awesome portions for dinner so fresh and fine ! Busy place great for dining in / patio weather permitting, take away , pick up or in suite service. First time staying @ the BW Carmen C in Hamilton. Early flight next morning so my wife & I decided to have an earlier supper. Baci opened @ 4pm & we were there without reservation @ 4:45pm. One other couple in restaurant. We were promptly greeted & told we could have a table until 6pm. Fair enough. It was a scorcher of a day & ice water was served without being requested, great. A small wingless beetle fell from the ceiling onto our table. I squished it with my menu. When the server arrived for our drink order, I reported the incident. She told me that she would get a napkin to clean off the bug guts. I asked that the tabletop be properly wiped down. My wife & I laughed @ how nonchalant her response was. At the same time we were a little bugged out but no other unwanted visitors arrived. Instead of immediately clearing the table, our server went to the next table of 6 & waited on them. Our wine arrived with a different server but before he set it down, I explained what happened & asked him to clean off the bug remains. To his credit, he immediately did so. We had 2 Caesars & they arrived without straws, in a tall glass. Thought this was odd & should have corrected napkin lady but decided to tough it out. At this point, I’m having a hard time seeing the 4.8 Trip Advisor rating that I had seen. Main course arrives. The fettuccine Alfredo polo is good but the beef peppercorn filet is bland. The filet is served medallion style which is okay but was unexpected. After we’re into our meal, bread arrives, which timing-wise is again odd to us. Did napkin lady forget to bring it earlier? The restaurant is small, lighting was sufficient. Our table for 2 was tight but reasonable. Baci seems to cater to special events but the groups that day were well behaved. Bottom line, overall disappointing but staff were friendly.
Food was awesome, service was great. Cool place good atmosphere. We will be back. The tiramisu was the best!
I can’t say enough about the quality of the food and service we experienced at Baci! Our waitress was amazing and right on top of everything, not to mention extremely friendly! Our dinner was outstanding and it was so nice that our gluten-free family members had delicious options as well. We will definitely be returning!☺️
Luana was exceptional. Everything we had was wonderful and we loved the atmosphere! A great ending to a great trip!
Had dinner here with my bf on a Wednesday night and the service and food was really good!Servers were attentive and friendly and the food came fresh and hot. We had their side Caesar, calamari, gnocchi pomodoro and the canadese pizza. For dessert they gave us a nice portion of Tiramisu! You can see the pizza maker stretching out the dough and cooking it right in the middle of the kitchen.Lovely place for an Italian dinner in Hamilton. Only downside is they are only open Wednesday to Sunday and I believe only for breakfast and dinner. It’s also a bit far from Downtown Hamilton but I think it’s worth visiting!

Luana was an amazing host for our family dinner! Authentic Italian cuisine with contemporary decor and pleasant service. The portion size was quite large and the pricing was very reasonable. My mother enjoyed tiramisu on the house for her birthday. If you are looking for Italian food, I highly recommend Baci.The wood fire oven makes a big difference ?
