Delicious every time. The butter chicken is full of flavour and spicy. Chicken shawarma is amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant.

There is a 4 customer maximum sign on the door, so I respectfully waited outside because there were already 5 people inside. Person at the front saw me waiting. A bunch of cars pulled up with several groups of customers who all walk past me into the store. Not a word said by person at front. If you do not intend to enforce or have a maximum customer number, consider removing the sign.
I am really happy to find a food store like Alamin Charcoal Flame in Hamilton. Super food quality and guest service. My family was so happy. The best is that food served via robot. My kids liked it most.
Horrible food. Ordered Tilapia fish not cooked properly raw from inside can't eat total waste.. beef was overcooked chewy total waste. Half chicken no taste at all..money wasted and embarrassed in front of my guest.
The owner was amazing and served us well. Unfortunately the quality of the food was devastating. Nothing was fresh, you could literally taste it. If you are coming from Mississauga, Brampton or anywhere in the GTA then avoid at all costs. This place just reheats old food. The pizza tasted so old, and the whole grilled chicken must have been made a day or two earlier. I think this place is confusing in its offering, they have Mediterranean and South Asian food. They should concentrate on one area and improve the quality.
Warning! Warning! Warning!The owner does not allow delivery persons to use the restroom. Yesterday I went there to pick up an order but the owner does not allow me to use. I understand in covid time restrooms were closed and dine in as well but it’s February 2022 and everything is now open. It’s against the laws. You are advised to call cops if he says no again.Thank you….
Poor ventilation and upkeep of premises. The charbroiled chicken was dry and no flavour. The beef dish and rice side was very bland. Had to add salt. The hummus was not traditional hummus. Not sure what it was. Not recommended at all.
The food was really really tasteless and smelly and under cooked.PLEASE IMPROVE THE QUALITY. Remember people are willing to pay, if the quality is good. I think the owner also does not give any attention to the reviews and customer’s satisfaction otherwise all the reviews are bad if you go through down. But the hight of stubbornness of Al Amin Restaurant is at peak that they do not even care and continue to sell their uncooked, smelly and unhygienic food.No doubt the customer service was good.
Just bought food from this restaurant, beef had smell and kabab are tasteless. Over all food were old nothing fresh. Waste of money.
