I wish I could give them negative stars. Is it possible? They are terrible! Don't go there, unless you wanna to have standardized combos done differently. I bought two mozzarella combos, with no changes. Simple ones, just like the menu shows them. All of them came with different fillings! NO CATCHUP! None inside the sandwiches, neither in blisters. Terrible place I've chosen today to be with my family! Definitely I do NOT recommend to anyone. DON'T GO THERE!!!
If I could give this place no stars I would. I ordered 2 burgers exactly the same and they screwed both of them up. I wanted no mayo, extra pickles and onions… I got ketchup and mustard.. like are you guys serious? I didn’t even say the words ketchup or mustard… If I wanted a McDonald’s level burger I would’ve gone there. It was the most simple order. I intend on coming back tomorrow for a full refund with the photograph. Oh ps, you have to ASK for your receipt, that’s sus.
I visit this place a lot since I work in the area. I like how their service is always great and they keep the spot neat regularly. Pricing is affordable and they serve large portions.

Asked for mama burgers without the onion or caramelized onion on it as I can’t stand onions, my burger came with the sauce from the caramelized onion all over it as if it had been put on then taken off after. Absolutely repulsive, a total waste of money as that burger is went straight in the trash because it tasted atrocious.If he forgot to not put onions we should have received a new burger, not the burger that is drenched in the residue onion sauce.
Best fast food. Always hot. Lots of ingredients. Great friendly place. Prices are competitive. Family oriented. Great service. Clean washrooms.
Ordered 2 onion rings from Rayyan and I gotta say he gives dirty looks for no reason on top of that he didn’t give us any sauce with onion rings that we normally get. Bad customer service!
Fine for Spring Water or the occasional Diet Coke. "Junk Food is Junk Food" - poor quality and poorly prepared. Exceptional customer service at the Burlington Mall location and the Mapleview Mall location both in Burlington, Ontario.
