We made an order of 2 veggie burger combos through the drive through. We waited for over 30 minutes in the car, on the curbside. Someone ended up bringing our food and apologized for the delay. To our surprise, we found out that we didn't get our drinks after we took off. You should have more employees to cater a faster service and ensure organization!
Amazing service yeah serve me after hours at 11:09 when they close at 11 they gave excellent root beer floats and I haven’t tried the burgers yet but I know they’re bangers
Food tasted great. It did take about 10 minutes to receive our order but it was worth it!
Had Teen burger with fries. Hits the spot perfectly, as fries are cooked perfectly and have perfect amount of salt, and burger is amazing. Would highly recommend
So much price grouding. Might try it to see if it's any good yet maybe twice a year.. Always leave feeling ripped off and and feeling like what the heck did I even end up getting what how much was spent. Feel like I should give up on A&W. Just worse and worse not better.
I just loved their chicken strips… my new favourite… this place is doing pretty good…
Always great food, always fresh. You only need to wait like 5-10 minutes. Open on Christmas aswell if u need food
I ordered through door dash, the order took long to arrive. When I opened the bag, one of the sandwiches had a hair in it... I called them and the lady said "it's not possible, sir"... Excuse me?!?! Not even a "sorry"?! So rude. They asked me to contact door dash, I did and got full refund. Will never order from this branch again.
I came with a coupon from the A&W website on my phone for the teen burger combo and they refused the coupon because they have the teen burger on sale. I ended with less food and paid more. Absolutely not acceptable. I'm sending my complaint to head office as the franchisee shouldn't be making their own rules.
Buddy closed the restaurant an hr early despite a line up of cars says 2 am but was closed at 1am, ur worker took 25 mins to make my burger the reasoning it seemed he was to busy talking with his friends in the restaurant rather than dealing with the drive through orders (this was at 12:30 half hour later still waiting on my food.... the guy doesn't need 5 other guys there to talk to while he "makes" food I don't get joy out of having to continually make complaints about your staff... like this is just a continuous problem is ur staff either closes early, has people in there and they are just chatting and being buddy buddy with their friends while taking forever to make food with a line up of upwards of 5 or more cars.... ridiculous... if you weren't the only place with vegetarian options while I'm on night shift I'd never come here
