Good service, friendly food was good, I personally hate paper straws but that’s the way the world is going
- Friendly- Total time in drive thru was an estimated 6mins + for 1 meal & a side onion ring- Always think the onion rings are battered and fried very well at this location- Power went out and they took off maybe $2.00 from our order- New Nashville Hot chicken burger had nice chicken, but wasn't spicy at all. Not a fan of spicy things but figured I'd give it a go, it tastes like any other chicken burger. Definitely spice level was a let down but the meat it's self was great

I found the drive-through very slow from the minutes long wait to order then the longer wait to get the food. Then the price. $14.89 for a burger combine? Not again, lesson learned

I remember back to when A&W was a fantastic fast food chain. It has consistently gone downhill for years, but this location is the absolute worst. The orders are either wrong or cold at least 85% of the time. The majority of the staff can barely speak English and proceed to get rude when communicating becomes a problem. There's a Wendy's less than a minute away that has better food and service.
I wanted to give one star because of how frustrated I was with my order tonight but the A&W usually is great staff, quick with food and the right order!Tonight, I ordered 2 kids chicken meals, I recieved burgers, I asked for mustard and onion only on my mama burger and it had a single drop of mustard. I dont get to go very often and to have it messed up was disappointing.I know it was an honest mistake because they gave me the dipping sauce for the chicken nuggets, assuming the chicken was in the kids meals.I will go back for sure. It is really good food, but I'll definately be checking my meal before I drive away.
Uber eats order instructions were not followed, causing me to receive food that had ingredients im severely allergic too. Very unhappy
Food was hot and delicious. Staff were friendly and the order was prepared quickly and accurately. I enjoy the variety from their menu particularly their beyond meat burger. I'm not a vegetarian or vegan and love meat but that burger was is so tasty!
