Ordered through skip the dishes, my burger buns were rock hard and completely stale. I don't even know how someone could make that and think it was acceptable to feed to someone. Disgusting.
Went by there to get my nice hamburger combo Mama burger and fried a root beer but you can close due to the fire neighboring building when you a reopened
Our third time our burgers were under cooked and the female cashier accused us of lying for a refund. Disgusting!
If I could give this place -5 stars I would. Beyond disappointed in the garbage I received. Not only was my order completely wrong, what I did get was inedible. Onion rings were burnt and the burgers were literally void of any toppings. I don’t understand how you could have gotten it so utterly wrong. I will not be spending my money here again.
The only good thing about this location is there is a McDonalds and a Burger King about 5 minutes away. Thanks for completely screwing up Mothers Day. How does A&W keep this location open??
Dining room was so dirty, I wish I had noticed prior to placing our order. I couldn't get out of here fast enough. We witnessed an employee compact the garbage with a FOOD TRAY! Will never return. I am not the type of person to go into of my way to write a review, this was hands down the dirtiest fast food place I have ever set foot in.
Have to ask for basic lettuce, onion and tomato on burger.. poor meat quality.And would not even offer a free drink for the 10 minute wait for our order and even offered 'no, just can't' when asked why they wouldn't offer us a beverage as an apology for an unnecessary wait.. rude service.
Double Mozza….fries are old , double fried, almost rancid taste….asked for extra sauce : didn’t happen. Burger barely had lettuce on it, bland taste.. Overall dissatisfied…
Was very dissatisfied with this experience - had a homeless person pester me throughout my ordering - onsite staff did nothing to dissuade this person from harrassing me ... To the point where I finally ordered something for this person to shut them up and keep them away from me , while being distracted by this didn't realize the cashier only rang up a mozza burger not combo meal , was looking forward to a pleasant treat that morning , instead it was the worst birthday breakfast ever - would recommend going to other location if you really want good service / pleasant experience !
Still food is very good and all staff is very polite and good specific night time stuff is so goodThank you for service 24 hour guys
