Excellent food, balanced flavours, and, most importantly, tons of exciting vegan options!
It's nothing like the one in Mississauga. We all went with very high expectations. We thought we had found the same restaurant near by, we were very wrong. Taste was not the best. Presentation was below basic, we were served in take out containers with plastic cutlery and paper cups. Portions were also small. Long story short we will rather travel all the way to Mississauga next time.
Vegan or not, you MUST give this place a try. The food is absolutely delicious, truly a "Mom's home cooking" vibe.Veggie Curry Samosas: flavourful, sweet, filled with potatos and spice. Flaky crispy shell.Soy chicken balls: crispy shell, tasty "chicken" that's seasoned well on the outside.Ginger Soy Chicken Fried Rice: so tasty! Flavours remind me of my childhood.The soy chicken texture is surprisingly palatable. While obviously not chicken, it's still very tasty and provides the chewy feedback of meat. Much better than yves fake meat products in my opinion.Jasmine tea served loss leaf, very good.Interior is very cute and cozy. What a better way to eat a home cooked meal than somewhere that feels like home?I'm so excited to return to try other dishes from their large menu selection.
Really happy that a vegan Chinese food place exists. I especially loved the vegan chicken balls.

Soooo good! Pineapple and chickn fried rice and pan fried dumplings were way too good makes me wanna try the whole menu haha!
Amazing food for great prices. It's refreshing to find a place that's entirely vegetarian! The staff are friendly and we had a short wait time.
Interesting place, no indoor seating even though they could now. The food was ok, I thought the portions were small for the prices though. Service was strange, one dish was brought out by a sullen young boy, the other came out through a window beside my table. Both were served in take out containers but I had to ask for lids and a bag at the end. The bag was too small, strangely. I probably won’t go back.
