First time customer......will not return.....they forgot my sweet and sour sauce and I had to go back out and get it. They did not even offer me a spring roll for my troubles. Spent 100$.....no parking downtown......waited 30 minutes which I did not mind......but then I was responsible for going back.....if they reach out and try to fix this I might order again
***If you have a tree nut allergy be careful***. The food here is excellent, absolutely excellent. More than once however we've ordered items and asked to make certain there were no nuts. We were assured that the items in question were made without nuts, only to have the dish arrive with a healthy amount of Cashews (a type of nut). So if you're ordering and have a nut allergy, perhaps take the time to clarify no almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, Brazil nuts... Because I think when they hear nuts they think only of peanuts.Still awesome food though! Will definitely return!
Absolutely amazing.Discovered this restaurant couple days ago and it became my favorite right away. The variety of plates is immense, I have only tried 3 of the numerous plates and wow, one of the best restaurants out there in Guelph.I highly recommend it to everyone who likes variety food and to those who are curious.-Bog
Believe the hype - this is the best Chinese restaurant in Guelph. The wait times for delivery may be long, but believe it or not, that's a good thing! This place is always busy and the food we have received is always hot and delicious.Their egg rolls are unlike other egg rolls we have had - homemade, perhaps? And their special wonton soup is amazing.
Do you have a restaurant that is so good you stop looking? That you suggest and offer for get togethers?Wok's Taste is that restaurant for me. Parking can be tricky for pick up, but it's worth it.
Very unassuming place but the food is great. I thought this was your typical Chinese-Canadian restaurant and never would have dined here but then tasted their food at a family members house and was surprised at how good it was. This is now our go to Chinese restaurant in the area. Try the fried pork chop with chili and the golden shrimp, they're delicious! Friendly customer service as well.
Food was delicious, very reasonable prices. We ordered dinner for 5 and had lots of leftovers. Love the lemon chicken.
Ordered for delivery, took over 2 Hours to receive food. after 90 min called to check in on the order and was told delivery is on its way, give them time. It then took another 30min. Very poor service
This is the best Chinese takeaway. Traditional dishes. We always get a few of our favorites here and we will have enough for leftovers the next day. The Egg rolls are huge. Take out is because COVID still has the restaurant closed.
