New Wild Wing - Guelph East Side. Brand new restaurant that we decided to check out. Nice space and friendly staff. Everyone is new and did a great job. However, for a WING restaurant, the wings were incredibly small! The wings at Victoria’s Pizza are twice as big. For the price, they really need to get bigger wings.

Worst meal ever!!!! Burger sat on the counter for ten minutes, and delivered cold.Delivered the ribs and boneless chicken wings. Recommended by the waitress after telling her that the person had no teeth. He could not eat them, too hard and cold. Ribs were cold the salad he ordered came 10 minutes later with my cold congealed poutine. They don't know the difference from Montreal smoked meat and corned beef. Complained and the only thing taken off the bill was the poutine. Disgusted with the service. She was more interested in the bar than people eating or talking to her friends. Bad manager and bad service.

Website said open to 11pm on Tuesdays. Sign on the doors said open to 11pm on Tuesdays Walked in and were told "sorry, kitchen's closed" It wasn't even 9:30.

Eastview location. Was so excited to have a new restaurant in our area. Servers are great and helpful but kitchen and management not so much. Every time lately each person gets there food at a different time. Everyone was almost done eating last night before I got my meal. It was mixed up and I had to pay for poutine I didn’t order but it was good so didn’t complain. Last wing night it was busy owner calls in staff on their night off and he finally arrives and does nothing. Stands there observing. Help buddy pickup dishes, deliver food anything. Be grateful your staff came in on a day off after you demanded they show up. Hope they can get it figured out before they lose their customers. At least bring all meals together

$116.25 for the WORST service and meal I have ever had. The restaurant had 3 tables seated when we arrived, all the booths were dirty and empty! We were greeted with a server in a sports bra, I know what your thinking… but no not someone you’d want to see in a sports bra. Took 5 min to get the menus, 10 minutes to get out drinks (which were sent back because the lines in the coke machine were dirty). Appetizers were rough, the calamari was burnt and hard, the broccoli bites were empty!! When the wings came out we only got the bone in and we were done 4lbs before my friends boneless arrived!! The fries were actually cold when they arrived and were microwaved after we said something. The order of onion rings came with 6 rings. It took forever to get the bill and over an hour and a half for terrible food and even worse service! It’s apparent why it’s 2.4 stars on yelp.

We had a great takeout experience last week with this location! Awesome helpful and friendly server. We waited by car and she noticed us in the middle of the parking lot and ran out to deliver! ❤️So nice and the wings, dips veggies and fries were delish! We “doubled” up and found it decent pricing. Thx

I was at wild wing last night and it was the best time I’ve had in awhile. The bar tender Destiny was the absolute best, right when I had a drink gone there was another. I will definitely go back here! Thank you destiny! ?

We just moved here from Milton where we had two Wild Wing Restaurants, both were excellent in every way. We decided to try the location. in Guelph and were so disappointed. The Wings were so tiny; they look like they came from a Cornish hen! And they were not cooked very well. The fries that came with the 2 pound wing order, resembled an order of regular McDs fries. Plus, they were so salty, we had to wipe every single fry! . I get the pandemic has had an impact on all restaurants, but it’s ridiculous to sell below standard product and expect to have return customers.

Absolutely UNBELIEVABLY DISGUSTING service. I walked in the door and the woman couldnt bother to look up. The server told me to go find a seat for myself while staring at the screen. The restaurant was at half capacity and it was well over 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged, and when the server came to the table they didnt even bring menus and expected to take my order. After being in the restaurant for 20 minutes I had to approach the waitress, who again wouldn't look up from the screen, and ask if I could place a drink order for my party and child.I had watched a party of 5 men walk in after my party, be escorted to a table , with menus and drink orders taken almost immediately .When I asked the server about out drink order and mentioned that I had watched her acknowledge, seat, and take orders at their table after coming in a good 10 minutes after us- to which she tried to say that they had arrived before our party... though I watched them walk in the restaurant and take thier seats in a clean fresh table. They tried to tell me a side on the menu that stated $0 side substitue was an additional charge. They will not honor half price on double orders, you have to order one pint and one single pound of wings at a time, instead of 2 pints and 2 pounds. They expect the wings to be ordered one drink and one pound at a time, at the rate of their service it would take 3 and a hours to feed a grown man.The waitresses response was unbelievably unprofessional and then physicallly touched me... in a pandemic.Putting her hands on any customer is completely unacceptable.I walked out and will not be returning. My 10 year old suggested Chucks Roadhouse instead because "they have way better service than that place"Pretty sad when even a 10 year old can judge $hitty service. We went to Chucks, had AMAZING service & an AMAZING meal with a phenomenal server who I gladly tipped very graciously. This Wild Wing has lost my family's business. ✌️

Terrible service. I placed an order on Uber eats late at night, after working 12 hours. They accepted my order, and started to work on it. A driver even went to the restaurant to pick up my order. Over 40 minutes later (8 minutes until the order was set to arrive) they CANCELLED my order without calling or offering an explanation. From that point, they ignored my phone calls, and my funds were held by Uber eats. Also by this point int the evening... most other restaurant's stopped accepting orders so I went without dinner. Thanks Wild Wing!!!!!!Edit: It has been a week with no response or apology.
