Quick service, great fresh food - and the girl who served me was attractive (bonus) not my usual wendy's as I live in another city, but, would recommend eating here for a quick lunch/dinner plan if in the area.
This morning, I was on my way to an appointment and was pressed for time. On my way, I saw that Wendy’s now offered breakfast. I wanted to try it out, using the drive-thru.It was a mistake.First of all, the young woman at the speaker had little to no knowledge of the new breakfast menu. I requested something simple (sausage biscuit without egg, black coffee with sweetener). It was like talking to an intellectually challenged child. This person didn’t know that sweetener and Splenda were the same. And I waited about 10 minutes before I had to drive away without my order. That’s how bad your customer service is.Just because it was Saturday didn’t mean that people weren’t in a hurry. I had to be at my hair appointment in 10 minutes.In a perfect world, adults rather than teenagers would be in charge. Fast food is not great work, but there are lots of people who would do it without complaint - and do it well. Train your workers better, and hire people with that hustle.This is not the first time this Wendy’s has messed up, and this was a good location in the past. Months ago, I requested a grilled chicken sandwich with regular rather than honey mustard. Guess what I got?
Just waited 25 minutes in an unmoving drive through line, when I finally got the window I had to correct them when they handed me the wrong drink and then when I got home I realized they had also messed up 2/2 of my sandwiches. They seem to be struggling with the new breakfast menu.
Always quick and never had any issues with my orders. Best fast food restaurant in the area.

This place acted like they hadn’t even received my Mobile Order despite it going through their system, and on top of that I was doubled charged and have still not received my money back and no one on the support line responds. Thanks for stealing my money and then not refunding me.
Enjoyed a bacon cheeseburger jr and chicken nuggets. Food was tasty and the staff were very fast.

Order was a bit late but the employee who was handling it did an excellent job handling it.Tpically our food is good, it's fast food, and it's Wendy's.
