Update....I used to order from here fairly often, but stopped about a year ago because the quality started going downhill. Decided to give it a try again last night, as pizza and wings were a craving.I ordered the deal for $21.99 which came with a medium 3 topping pizza, 1lb wings, garlic bread, 2 pops, and a dipping sauce. I asked for the pizza cooked well done, and the wings very well done. The guy who took my order was nice.The order arrived about 35 minutes later. The pizza was overly greasy, not well done, or even really cut. The wings were definitely cooked as asked, but tasted like they had gone bad and smelled foul. The only edible thing was the garlic bread.I called the store and explained. After over 5 minutes, I was told that I can have $20 back. I was also told that I'd be put on their "list" of people not to accept orders from lol. As if I would ever order from here again!I ordered from here on their second day open. The staff were super friendly, and the pizza was delicious! Excellent pick-up deal. It's nice to have another pizza place in this area....especially Twice the Deal ?
My family always orders from here and theor pizza and wings are really good. But they made an error on one of my pizzas so I just called and asked if it could be remade, and he was extremely rude and said that he repeated the order back to me and it was my fault there was an error made. Very bad customer service.
Great deal for 2 slices and a pop. Very convenient because close to my work in Elmira.I frequent 2 locations at least 3 times a week. The one in Elmira and the other on Wellington Rd. in Guelph. They are both great! Once I mistakenly sent an online order to the Woolwich location. First and last time. Was very disappointed

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming to this Twice a Deal location! The pizza is great and tasty, service is fantastic! Staff is so kind, they make sure to make you feel comfortable and happy when ordering. Delicious food, delivery is fast and pizza’s come hot and steamy! I recommend coming here if you want a great price for your food plus the quality is top notch!
We had a not so great experience at this location. It was a busy night and we totally get things can happen. Posted a review on here sharing my experience. The following week I went into the store to pickup another order and the owner, after seeing my review, came to speak with me in person and address my previous concern. I was really pleased with this - he even have me a refund in cash. It's not everyday that staff take time out of their day to address the not so pleasant things. This, in my opinion, speaks to a committment of great customer service. This place offers excellent value for their pies and the food is always hot, fresh and prepared right. We will definitely continue to visit this location! Highly recommended.
The owner is always there working hard to satisfy 'hanger' people... yet some people have the nerve to hate because of technicalities.
