Waitress was pleasant, service decent regardless of people leaving advising us to go elsewhere. Main entrance and patio were not well maintained or clean. Food ok but over priced for area.
Interesting experience here this week. We originally walked in and there were only a couple tables in the restaurant. Their patio however was 75% full.A server approached us and a group ahead of us and said that they were not seating as the kitchen was too backed up.We stepped out but decided to pop back in to see if it would be ok just to grab a drink at the bar and no food as we were waiting to catch a movie. When we went back in to ask 30 seconds later a different server came up to us and said the kitchen was fine and they were seating again.As I understand a lot of places are short staffed right now I appreciate not continuing to seat when food times are high but might suggest some sort of wait-list procedure in the future.
My wife and I dined at this restaurant. There appeared to only be 2 servers. Needless to say service was slow. The meal was good (not great) especially for the price we paid. The entire dining area needs a good cleaning. The pleather seats need to be replaced. Not coming back. I would say a 2.5
NO AIR CONDITIONING!!! Apparently it's been broken for years and the owner is too cheap to fix it. No Host/Hostess, No Bartender and only 3 house employees running around serving everyone. I felt so bad for them. This place is going to be gone sooner than later. We won't be returning to sweat while we eat. Food was good... service was friendly... sad as this place was a good spot to go.
I love the food here. I have tried at least 8 dishes and have never ever been at all dissatisfied...I have been thrilled, in fact, - I have loved them all, and serving sizes are perfect. Staff are very friendly. True, postpandemic supply problems lead to the odd disappointment for first choice, but there are lots of great "second" choices, that really could be easy first choices. I bring many other friends here. I have only used the dining area, not the bar. Overall, I am very pleased.
Server was great, food was not. Manager told us 20 min after ordering our appetizer that they didn’t have it. For my meal, I ordered a dish that I have ordered many times at the Milton location, and what I got was not even close to what I know it to be. It was not edible. Had this been my first experience at Turtle Jacks I would not be going back. I will just take my business to the Milton location moving forward. Very disappointed.
Went to turtle jacks couple of days ago to celebrate my birthday and was dragged there by my family members! Usually, I do not like servers from restaurants but our Waiter named Leo was very smart and friendly! He made my experience there worth every second and would recommend any individual to ask for his service because It was marvellous! The food was good quality as well! Thank you turtle jacks staff for hiring such a ‘on the ball’ individual.
As someone with a Gluten allergy I highly recommend, amazing experience customer service was wonderful, and food was awesome. Would definitely come back again.
A once great restaurant has fallen on hard times. I've had a loyalty card since they were first given out years ago, but won't be going back. The table was sticky, the pop was flat. The fries were over done. The wings were dry. The service was slow. We asked for new fries but they never came. Our waitress finally asked if we wanted them to go, which we did not. We'd been done a long time and just wanted to get the heck out of there. Of course they still charged us for the fries... Will be taking our business to Wild Wings and Beer Town from now on.
Never again, 2 hrs for dinner. Food was OK but service was terrible, complained to server who spoke to manager who never bothered to speak to us. Not much point in in renovating if that is the service standard.Did take 15% off the bill - does not help the review.2 hrs and 28.00 for a burger and a beer. Raspberries required.
