This is one if the worst locations in Guelph. Always takes forever to get your order, usually wrong. I've currently been waiting 15 minutes for a soup. I'd give it a worse rating if possible. It is THE WORST!!!! Avoid at all costs.
Absolutely the worst Tim Hortons I've been to in Canada. Wasted my entire lunch break waiting for a sandwich. Messed my order up. Never going back.
Don't bother coming here - you will end up waiting forever in line (regardless of if it's drive through or in store) only to have your food burned. There is no consistency in the quality of their coffee. Sometimes it's great, other times it's so bitter we almost want to throw it out. Their stock is also limited. Every time I go there and ask for the only pastry item I went in for, they don't have it.
Just unusual how 3 people work at one till and one person on the one that handles walk-in customers and mobile orders. First time I've had to wait 20 minutes for one coffee before asking about my order, all while watching customers walk in, order, receive their order and leave. Otherwise, good accuracy for orders
An Indian guy works at this tim hortons was laughing at the speaker as he was taking my order from the drive through on Tuesday Jun 07 at 5:20 pm. I didn’t feel comfortable with this behaviour. Staff should be professional when taking orders. I don’t know if that Indian guy was laughing at me or for something else but there is no way for me to know because all I hear is laughing through the speaker as I was trying to place my order. For this reason, you got one star,
Very disappointed today, normally no mistakes. Today we ordered the farmer's sausage wrap cut in half. This normally comes wrapped in paper and cut where it is designed to in the box. This had no wrapping on the inside no 1, and they never even cut the darn thing in half. Makes for a mess when it's torn in half, messy. And no wipes. All in all quite disappointing. Sorry but was not good at all. The wrap was very tasty.
Two customers ahead of me in store. I waited 15min to order 1 large tea. More waiting....timer is going off for drive-thru. Special treatment given to drivers while we IN store pay the price of time. Never again.....off to Starbucks I go
Very good staff great location but barely have anything to sell. Whenever I go there, their shelves are empty and even worse once something is finished they don't even make again even its finished in the late afternoon. I don't know what kind of management is that. Feel bad for workers. Highly not recommended. I wish I could give 0 stars.
My sandwich was disgusting. All of the lettuce was rotting and wilted. It was thrown together at best. I also was overcharged for what should have been a $7 meal with an upgraded coffee to a large which turned into $10. I was also told I can't have soup with a meal and the employees were arguing with the drive thru window open.
What can I say? It's Tim's. Relatively new location. If you order on the app and pickup inside you can skip ahead if the drive through which is usually packed.
