Staff is rude, restaurent is clean. But wait time is longer than usual . Food is also at the expectation level mark .
I tried working here but they did not only treat me horrible; but they denied me my last pay check. I tried calling them and they hung up on me when I said I was calling about that pay check. Thinking about suing.
Absolutely terrible customer service at this location. Very rude! I ordered online to pickup knowing the wait is always huge at this location. Stood there to pick up my order which I could see on the back counter ready for me and the employee walks over gives the man behind me his order and walks away not even acknowledging that I'm standing right there infront of the other customer. These ladies need to work on the lack of customer service here!
Kayla who I assume is the manager has absolutely no customer service skills. Every time I go into this restaurant she’s in a bad mood and yelling at somebody. You can tell she doesn’t have the temperament to be working at a location near a high school. She refuses to be polite and always chooses to be rude. If there was another place to get coffee near the school I’d be going there.
Pretty busy but good place. They have a plug at like every table which is very nice
I didn't know my sausage breakfast wrap contained bacon and no sausage.To be clear, it was not busy either, I was the only one waiting service. Coffee was standard Tim's coffee, which isn't a compliment like it used to be. The only reason I don't give 1 star is because the sausageless sausage breakfast wrap with bacon was alright.
Jackie is the rudest employee i’ve ever encountered. every time i go in she has been unpleasant and extremely rude for no reason. Always mistreats customers with a negative attitude and yells in store. She yelled at customers including myself for politely waiting for our food, not causing any trouble … I’m not sure if she wanted us to just leave without our food we paid for or what, but it was ridiculous. definitely not the attitude you want to start your day off with.
The last 2 times I have gotten coffee from this location I asked for 2 milk 1 sugar. Here I am with a cup of sugar with a hint of coffee. Never again. This chain is going down hill. Please, for the love of God just shut your doors and don't open.Nothing like a badly made coffee.to start the day. Thanks Timmy's for reminding me why I should just go elsewhere.

When someone orders a large ice cap they expect to get a large Ice cap not a small ice cap in a large cup filled with FOAM as someone who worked for years at tims this is not acceptable especially as it was a delivery thru Uber and they won't even qualify it for a refund or price change
