Staff have changed, somewhat better service. Not the cleanest one I have been to.

I don’t go to Tim’s usually because all they have is crappy almond milk. What irritates me is the drive thru that is constantly blocking the driveway or a lane on Victoria south because some privileged people seem to think that their morning coffee is above all. They know it’s wrong. But Timmy needs to put up a sign to deter this from happening. So why don’t you do something before you have a serious altercation that could have been avoided P.S. McCafe tastes better
Garbage staff. Garbage service. Go to any other Tim Hortons. Or save yourself the trouble and go to McDonald's.
This Time Hortons has really amped up its game in the past few weeks. Always friendly, they now seem to have newer staff that are both friendly and speedy. A terrific combo when you’re on the road, between appointments that their drive-thru is less than 1 minute of your life.Amazing!Want to walk inside? the entrance is tucked behind the building closer to Woodlawn Rd.
Until a few years ago I was a full time Tim’s employee and I worked there from the time I was a teenager. So I get what working in the fast food service industry is like. Most of the time lately my experiences have been horrible.My orders are consistently wrong and there have been multiple times that people working in the drive thru have been rude or have been seen fooling around at high traffic times. I live close to this location but I’d rather get in my car and drive to another one down woodlawn to get my food and coffee. Sorry guys. You’ve had to many chances???
Super slow guaranteed. Takes over 7 mins for 3 coffees. Go somewhere else, been going here for 2 years and now it turned garbage. Don't waste your time.

Honestly every morning they mess up my order. Today I ordered a large iced coffee , bagel, green tea. I was cut off while placing my order. They handed me a large iced capp and large steeped tea. No concern to fix the problem. I don't understand how I got so messed up when it was repeated back to me at the speaker. Staff is incredibly rude between the hours of 6 and 7. Staff is incredibly slow. Avoid this location at all costs.
