I ordered a steeped tea and a bagel through SkipTheDishes. It took over 40 mins to be made. Very unsure why.
I've been waiting at the guelph General for 6hrs. I go to one of the closest full sized Tim Hortons, (the other one on speedvale is closed at night) and no food?? Are you kidding. Not even donuts. What are you even doing open?? You might aswell all go home
After spending $16 on food I was told I would be charged for a large glass of water. That was an expensive glass of water Tim Hortons you lost my business forever.
This location is completely trash in this day and age customer service is gone to hell. Employees need classes in etiquette. This location is in a industrial area and is only open for drive through really someones idea of this being a good business idea is Ludacris. What happen to the days of owners taking pride in their businesses.
I have to say they have gone downhill. And constantly messing up orders. Cheap on the bacon so paper thin you can see through it. Went to Wendy's for their breakfast comb with bacon so amazing and the bacon was amazing not paper thin neither. My new go to now will be Wendy's for breakfast and their tea and coffee pretty good too.
I have stopped at this location a couple mornings a week for a couple years now. The staff that is working from 5-7 in the morning has always treated me well and never given me a reason to complain... Just about everything else with this store has fallen short of decent.Outside of the hours that I mentioned above, I have had an incredibly bad experience. I have waited 15 minutes in the drive through for a coffee and tea... nothing else. I have received many biscuit's in place of the English muffins that I have ordered. They have missed a bagel on multiple occasions, and a chocolate croissant... I have tried to call this location a few times with questions about the menu and have never actually had the other end pick up the phone.Every time I have come into the store to have an error corrected, I have always approached the staff in a civil manner. The staff addressed the mistake's with great customer service. It is just the attention to detail that lacks. There also never seems to be a manager on site.The staff is Kind and Personable with a lot of potential. Just lacking a bit of attention to detail.
I was very displeased with how the manager Melissa treats the staff working there. A simple mistake and the loss of maybe $0.08 is not something worth screaming at your staff over. Matter of fact, you should never speak to your employees like that.Melissa, I hope you read this and catch yourself next time. We all get stressed with our work, but we need to stay positive in these trying times. For some people, work is an escape where they can socialize and have fun. They should never feel underappreciated or criticized.Stay strong.
Went through drive thru. Ordered a everything bagel double toasted with cream cheese. I get home and bagel isn't even double toasted. Obviously this place doesn't train employees right. I called and no supervisor or manager on duty.
No issues at all, polite and friendly girl at the window. Coffee was correctly made.
The friendliest Tim Hortons in Guelph! Always has a tim-bit for my dog!
