Some employees are disrespectful. Not to mention that I’m pretty sure they don’t check the dates on their ingredients/food. Me and my brother got two iced coffees. BOTH of which tasted sour and thick. We had this disgusting taste in our mouth for about an hour. We both had terrible stomach cramps and nausea. We came to find out that the milk/cream was expired and we were drinking sour milk/cream.

Quick stop at this efficient Tim Hortons. Despite the 12 car wait list, my order was placed and I received it in less than 3 minutes. Wow!The staff was friendly and efficient. And who didn’t love a covered delivery window space for less than stellar weather?!

The person in the drive thru area at this location does not have a customer service at all. I repeated my order twice just to be sure and the lady said “yeah I know” (in a rude tone) as if she was speaking to a friend like bro be professional. When I went to get my food, she just scanned my rewards card and pulled out the debit machine, handed my food/coffee and didn’t even say a word to me while doing her job. Worst experience ever at this location, Might as well fire her if you can’t teach your staff some proper manners to the customer.

Went through drive-thru on my way through town after a business meeting. Got a bacon english muffin & I asked for a strawberry filled donut. I pull over in Ariss to scarf back the food. I take a bite of the sandwich and it tastes rotten. Open up the sandwich & the yolk is 100% all grey. Part of the egg white around the yolk is grey. Im not happy but I figure what can I do. I don't live in the area & I'm too far out to turn around. Oh well I have my donut right? Wrong. I asked for a strawberry filled donut. I got some kind of plain donut with what I assume is strawberry buttercream icing. A little more irritated. Take a bite, donut is a weird texture & the icing is like a thick toothpaste consistency that is sticking to the bag.I'm thinking I need to call the manager. I might not get my money back but she/he needs to know that quality control is lacking to the point where it could make someone sick.I called. I explain I'm not from the area. I get no apology. I get an unemotional ok I will give you a $5 card. Pick it up the next time you come through the drive-thru.No. No. I don't think so. 1st...did I mention I am NOT from the area. 2nd...why would I go out of my way for $5 (I'm thinking you are kind of counting on that). So here it is.I know the pandemic has been rough. I get that you might have a lot of new staff. This comes down to customer service & quality assurance. Only because you made a bare minimum attempt to comp my food & my server wasn't rude do you get 2 stars.Never go back. Nope.

Very bad experience at drive through . I guess the workers don’t even know how to talk to the customers.Very rude !! They were arguing and gave me no coffee also! Woww

Would have been nice to see more staff being allocated on the rush hours time to serve costumers faster.

Customer service is great and weekend employees slay!

It was my first time at this Tim Hortons location, and it was a bad experience.I made the mistake of ordering through the App without updating my current location, so I ordered at the wrong location.I drove 9 minutes to this Tim's in order to pick-up my mobile order. The drive-thru lineup was very long, so I decided to come inside the store.I asked for my mobile order and they didn't even knew that they had a mobile order pending, even though that I drove 9 minutes to get here. The lady who assisted me was rude and not helpful (March 29th, 2022, around 12:22 p.m.). When I asked her why my order was not ready, although I did make the mobile app order 10 minutes ago, her answer was just "well, you now have to wait."Unfortunately, I had to wait because they could not reimburse a mobile order.A gentleman came where I was right away, took ownership of the situation, and prepared my order.Kudos to him. He should train the staff to have more customer service skills.

Worst service ever. Guy working there was so disrespectful and rude. Steeped tasted like garbage. I went back and asked how old it is he said 20 yrs. I told him its not funny he kept saying its okay i told him its not. Then he started saying don’t give me attitude and shut the window on me.All i can say is he is the Worst tim horton employee that’s all.

Poor drive thru experience. [email protected]:45pm. Staff seems to have no real training. Cold food and coffee way to sweet.
