I am from niagara falls . We have busy and low quality tim hortons' - even far outside the tourist area. I still go everyday for my coffee and maybe a donut. My friend insisted I go to this location and get something for breakfast. I did, and I do not regret it. This location has amazing service, smiling faces, a clean dining room and kitchen. And....And they didn't mess up my coffee (which happens at least once a week back home).This location exceeds my expectations of Tim's!!!Thanks for the great service!!!!
So not only was the order wrong. Not double toasted and no butter. But this is what the sandwich was put together like. We are fed up with this location.
It’s handy. It’s not any better than any other coffee place. The coffee was made correctly at least.
the debit machine wouldn't even work properly. if I hadn't happened to have some cash I couldn't have got my order .
Came to this drive through today and it took 26 minutes to get a breakfast wrap, ice cap, and timbits. It took just 18 minutes to get to the ordering box and there were only 2 cars in front of us. Not sure why this location has 2 lanes when they clearly can't even handle one.Please put some competent people in there. I could have gone to Starbucks and finish faster!!! Going to boycott this location moving forward.
Always love the coffee! Drive-thru was busy but we were through pretty quickly.
This location continues to disappoint.Always slow and inconsistent.Ordered a bagel and cream cheese. Cream cheese is an extra $1. As you can see from my photo, hardly any cream cheese at all.Sometimes though, there is so much that its all cream cheese.Not sure what the issue is with this location. training? Staffing levels?
Unbelievably terrible. They do a great job at maintaining their bad quality of service. Unfortunately, this Tim Hortons happens to be conveniently located on my way to work. Everyday I ask for the same dark roast double double. In the last 15 days, 12 times the coffee has been terrible. Even though I politely ask them if it's a fresh pot, to which they adamantly reply with a yes, yet serving bland old coffee. Then when I come around the drive through again and ask for a fresh cup, it doesnt have sugar, or all the sugar is settled at the bottom.I had one good experience on the night of Friday Jan 14th around 10 pm, where they told me the pot wasn't fresh. They brewed a second pot and gave a donut as a gesture and it was the best cup they've served. Hats off to the people who were working the shift.
Seriously I order a lg regular coffee and for the past few weeks every time I've been thru this Tim's they have gotten the order wrong or sent me on my way with a cup full of grinds. Best bet if you want a decent cup of coffee just go down the street a couple min either direction and go to any other Tim Hortons.
Very long wait for food even though no one was infront of us in the store. 5 people were doing drive through while only 1 did counter. The counter person got side tracked by another customer whose order was not correct and nobody else came to help.
