I go to this Tim Hortons pretty much every work day morning to get my morning coffee I really dislike putting up negative reviews however I find the customer service at this location has dropped significantly in the last few months I'm sure it's concerning staffing issues but customer service is taking a hit because of it I find several weekends that this location is closed when it signs says it's supposed to be open presumably due to staffing issues. I always get my coffee with no cream just milk however on several occasions the coffee has been made with cream making it undrinkable to me. As a manager of a team of staff I understand the struggles it takes keep staff happy and working and even getting stuff at this point in time but I don't let my customers suffer because of the hardship that we go through.With the price of coffee I would expect that it would be made correctly 90% of the time not 50% of the time. For the time being I will still visit this Tim Hortons in the morning I just hope to see it improve

Two things that stand out about this Tim Horton's location, the odd drive through and the super friendly staff! Most staff in other locations are polite and usually courtesy but the ones here talk like they are trying to brighten your day! As for the building, it's been repurposed so there are a couple stores right in the path of the drive through which I found very interesting. Refreshing different experience for me here. Thanks! There's a pandemic going on right now so stay safe out there people and keep washing those hands!

Kudos to Henry and his team at this Woodlawn location. We were celebrating the retirement of an employee and needed a Covid safe way to do so. Henry and his team individually bagged 5 dozen donuts and made our event delicious and safe! Pick up was a breeze! I recommend this store and team if you value excellent and friendly service!
Terrible experience at the drive thru yesterday night... The lady and her co-worker were extremely Rude.... We ordered 2 small ice coffees without ice, at the window the told us not to order the ice coffee without the Ice next tym around....WTH... I wanted to customize my coffee with a little bit of milk as well... They rudely told me IT IS MADE WITH CREAM... Yes lady, I know that, being worked as a crew member myself some time ago and now a frequent customer... They even refused to provide me a straw, saying that you don't require a straw with that ice coffee...Well it's up to me how I wanna use it...Overall the tone at which they spoke to me was horrendous...Tim Hortons logo says see you tomorrow... Well you are certainly not seeing me again in this location...
I would give them more stars if it allowed me. The staff working the weekday morning shifts are extremely phenomenal at the Tim Hortons location attached to the ESSO gas station. I have been extremely pleased with the staff at this particular location every single day for my coffees and teas for the last several years. Absolutely amazing team and customer service.

1244 today got two toasted bagels with butter they must have sat on the counter while she was working in drive thru orders as the butter looked like mayonnaise on them they weren't even warm enuf to melt it by the time she butted them .........
