Best tims I’ve been to the people working here are fantastic and give you a good portion size of food for your money.

I thought this tims was good. However, one night I guess the debit machines were down. The parking lot is very dim lit so I didn't see the sign and the employee didn't say anything about the machines when I ordered. I pulled up to the window for an iced coffee and attempted to pay with debit. The employee was like you should have known the machines are down because of the multiple signs outside. I looked for cash and didn't have any. The employee proceeded to pour out the drink and closed the window. I know I can't expect things for free but dang. The coffee was wasted anyways.-Written by a frustrated night shift nurse who needs her coffee.

Kudos to the staff, I ordered something that they were out of. It wasn't busy and they offered to make a fresh batch of rice for my order. He said if you can wait 4 min, I'll make some. Not a big thing, but nice job in going above and beyond ?

Got overcharged at the drive thru- they fixed that after I called and emailed several times.Posting here so others can keep an eye on their transactions.

Twice in a row I went there and they had no chili. I went at completely different times (2pm one time, around 8pm the other time). I asked if chili was no longer on their menu since they’ve been out twice in a row and the staff member couldn’t respond with a decent answer. They seem to run out of normal items all the time.And, I notice the donuts at this location are never fresh..I’ve been to other Tim Hortons where the donuts are very soft and fresh as if they were baked that day but I’ve NEVER had a soft fresh donut at this location. They’re always either mediocre tasting or stale (which is why I just don’t bother anymore).I’ve been going to this location every now and then for a couple years out of sheer convenience and they’re definitely the worst Tim Hortons in Guelph (imo).

I come here at least once a week and the ladies are so kind and pump out a medium coffee and farmers wrap quicker than I've ever seen. Food is usually ready just as I finish paying.

Not great - got screwed through the drive thru. They did fix it. Lots of new staff so I feel bad for them. However, they also have someone who doesn't speak English running the show.

Why can they not give donuts in a box any more?? Or if they just haaaave to give them in paper bags, atleast use a butter paper between donuts or use separate bags for each donut. Man just come up with a sustainable solution!

Have been using the drive thru in the morning. Everyday coffee full of grinds. It's an issue at most locations but this one I've been getting it every morning steady this week.

I feel bad for the staff here, even if there’s 10 working at once it never seems to be enough to meet the demand. Staff then become visibly agitated/stressed to us customers, which I don’t blame one bit as someone who has worked in fast food. Management is at fault here. Nonetheless, they try their best and I’ve always had accurate orders here, sometimes slower than desired though. Again, with a drive thru line of 15+ cars during rush hour, can’t blame the minimum wage employee for a systemic issue.
