Honestly some of the rudest service I've ever received in my life. I work in customer service, so I know it can be tough, but I also always make sure I'm polite and patient. But right from the moment my sister and I walked in the person behind the register was snarky and rude. The employes were swearing to eachother. I don't think I've ever been more uncomfortable while ordering in a place. I guess at least it was a bonus that this Tim's location actually had some donuts in stock unlike the rest of them.

730 am line up, no signage. Got to the speaker ordered our $26 order, got to the window to be told debit is down. I worked for Tim's many years ago and basic customer service would be to honor the meal if the customer doesn't have cash. You didn't make us aware at the speaker and wasted our time. And then to top it off the Manger felt the need to yell at us and point in our face when we tell them they should be atlwast giving us the food they made for our children instead of just throwing it out as it wasn't our fault their machines were down and we weren't made aware. We were told to go to an ATM and come back. He also tried to say it was our fault because we didn't ask if the debit worked at the speaker. So bizarre. Definitely not impressed with the customer service that comes specifically from the management. Horrible horrible service. It's sad when the staff is more polite and fourth coming then a Manger that can't keep their cool. Talk about a hot head. Especially when you tell them the food is for kids in the back and they say its not their problem. Rudest thing I've ever encountered.

Tim Hortons - located at 28 Wellington St East. The service was quick even there was a long lineup inside. I was there just for a snack and coffee. The staff are working very fast on the orders and working hard to maintain the restaurant in a clean and well kept status. Parking spaces are also available.

I was there at this location yesterdayMe and my husband placed order from small coffee and Tim bits. My husband told that lady the we want all birthday special Tim bits. At window when we received order we check and so they gave us assorted so we tell them we want all birthdayone . She take bag from us and gave another bag and again wrong orderThan I go in side store and talk with manager but that rude lady start arguing that I didn’t say anything like thisLike reallyHate to visit Tim’s always somethingWorker are super rudeYou are not doing charity we pay for food so please keep ur attitude with u

Went there at 9:30am on Thursday, huge drive thru line so I elected to go in. I was third in a line that eventually grew to about eight, snaking outside. Literally no one at cash though there were six or seven employees behind the counter. I was in line for about 6 minutes. It seems the solo front cashier is also responsible for skip/Uber/other delivery services, taking her away from the customers in front of her. This is an indication of poor management. The physical customer comes first, and for God sake, give the cashier some back-up! No wonder my order is wrong 30% of the time. I’d give zero stars if I could. Will I come back? Of course…

Tim hortons chain in general are existing on customer loyality and patience as well.Stuff is not trained at all or simply has no skills for multiple tasks expected.Less number of employes then required too.Today at Wellington was the top of bad service, chocolate dep donuts and tea cheese bisquit at the same paper bag.All that mess inside bag was hard to imagine.Paper wih chocolate and chees on top of it.Guy at window told me, next time Ser be specific when ordering, what package you prefer!!??

This Tim Horton's is a smaller tim Horton's, no inside seating, to use washroom you need key, but they have a full menu and drive thru and do skip/doordash deliverys. The staff and experince is a bit hit and miss. I am a regular that comes often and some of the full time staff know my order and even start making it before i order, which is great. But some days some other staff members had no desire to do their job, they take forever wandering around, they do not move quickly when there is a huge line, and arnt even polite. Some morrnings i go there for my bagels before work, and they have no bagels and no donuts at all. Seems their baker was not in? it happens a few times and i have no breakfast then.So overall its a small typical tim hortons. Can be very slow service sometimes and sometimes have no food. But has some good workers and some times im in for less then 1 min.

Wow, this place is absolutely fantastic! The management and supervisors along with the staff is absolutely outstanding and does amazing jobs at keeping us customers satisfied. Fast service amazing drinks and super polite and friendly always makes me feel so welcomed! They always make sure us customers are their top priorities so cheerful! Keep up the amazing work Tim’s!

Stopped at this location on Monday evening! Such a friendly exchange!!!I'm still smiling and the coffee was perfectly made. Thank you for such great customer service. A breathe of fresh air!
