I order grill chicken wrap ? they give me cooked chicken ? ewww , that was yuck always they do that.
Staff are working hard, but not on serving the in-store customers. The one person working the till is also filling online orders of some sort, so those in line waiting to order have to watch the poor kid scramble around and apologize to them repeatedly. It's awkward and makes the flow of in-store customers incredibly slow. I would not go back to this location. This is clearly not a well-managed business.
This location features a spacious parking lot and convenient drive-thru layout. I visit this location frequently and have always had a positive experience with the friendly and professional staff.
Very slow service behind the counter, but food and drink were good.
Their sandwiches are made appropriately but their breakfasts are merely warmed let alone toasted. When prompted for double toasting its not performed. Will be stopping elsewhere for my Tims fix going forward.
This was terrible experience with Tim hortons. The location on imperial road and hwy 24 was the worst Tim's I've ever been to. 30 minutes just to get my order taken. They should know by now that Saturday's are busy and only 1 person serving everyone is probably a bad idea. They cleared my order off the screen too quickly and they had no idea what my order was. I had to tell them everything 1 at a time. 15 minutes for them to get my order together. Absolutely brutal
I was just at this Tim’s and they gave me a egg mcMuffin instead of A roast beef sandwich. I did not check until I was almost at work. I just tried calling the store to complain and no one answered. Thanks for the Great service Tim Hortons! :(
I am a truck driver. I regularly go in here once a week usually on a Wednesday, before I start my day at 5:00am. Last Wednesday (June 1st) I went in and the woman at the counter said "We can only take cash. For debit and credit you have to go through the drive thru. I'm wearing my safety vest, and uniform that clearly states I'm from a transportation company. I asked "Can I walk through the drive thru?" She said 'No.' I then said "Can I give you my card and you can swipe it at the drive thru?" She said "If there's nobody there, I can" A customer was waiting said "The drive thru is busy" I then walked out, saw that there were cars lined up, and I gave up and left. This is not how customers are to be treated. She knew I couldn't go through the drive thru, as I already asked if I could walk through. There were no accommodations made for me, being a trucker. Very sad!
We did not stay inside to eat our lunch as the manager constantly yelled at the employees. Those kids served us with a friendly attitude and fast. I don't know why the manager was so on edge but it made the experience very unplaisant. April 23, 2022 at 5h20pm.
The place has gone down a bit science the new owner took over few years back. Before there was an elderly lady constantly cleaning the place, now the few kids they have can barely keep up with the orders leaving the place filthy.
