So fun to shop here and the service is great. You can get what you need and hey....its Macys in NYC...you kind of have to go.
Staff shortage, customers lined up out to the sidewalk. Purchased a thermos for $25 plus tax. No instructions included. Lid becomes an extremely small cup. Pushing a button on the stopper opens the flow. Tried to take a drink and it poured out another opening scalding my chin and my chest. Coffee was luke warm in less than two hours. Purchased in Guelph but I live in London so I contacted tims corperate and I'm waiting for a response. This is the worst design I have ever seen. In the past when you bought a travel thermos, tims would fill it at no charge, guess not any more, but maybe the staff was not properly trained.
Ordered ice cap, I like it. Seems like they need to reduce some sugar from their recipe.
In general, this is the slowest Tim Hortons I know. I try not to come to this one, but when I do I end up waiting a very long time every time for the simplest orders. My friend and I wanted to order two iced coffees on the way to class. We ended up waiting half an hour in the drive through then only once we got to the order screen, and said our order, we were told that the computer crashed. They told us to go park and come wait in the line inside to order. They would not take our order at the window even though we had already waited half an hour in line. We ended up just leaving after this but the situation could have definitely been handled better.
store front service is the worst. they prioritize driver thru so much there’s always a line up out the door. they never have more than one person working the front cash and people are left waiting 20+ minutes for a coffee and a bagel. ridiculous. drive thru service isn’t even better. go to other locations if possible
When you order off the app, just know you are paying for the rude service. It comes with the 304 stone road experience!I had placed an order off the app just for the manager (I assume) to tell me that I was holding up the line. I've been to many places that just ask you to pull up if three wraps is too much for you to make at the time. No need for the rude comments and disrespect :) poor decisions on your end is not my fault!
So sitting in the drive thru with a toddler that has to go pee. Been ten minutes. Line hadn't moved and inch. So retarded. Like what is going on????Also they get my order wrong often.
Take F O R E V E R to make mobile orders... Waited over 15 minutes for my order (after showing up 10 minutes after placing it) while they kept pumping out food orders that were placed well after mine. Staff were rude about it when I asked where my food was and they did not handle it professionally AT ALL. Very poor service. Maybe next time stir the coffee too ?♀️
I've been waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes now. They haven't even TAKEN my order yet. Pathetic service. Your staff should be ashamed of themselves. Don't work customer service if you hate your job and don't work in a restaurant if you have zero sense of ugency. Never coming to this location again. STAY AWAY!
I normally use the drive thru on my way to work and have had good experiences there. Lately it has not been happening. This week my DD has been way over sugared and on one occasion I noticed the guy taking money making food without changing his gloves. This morning I waited for over 5 minutes for my order to be taken. when I asked if it would be another 5 minutes I didn't get an answer. She never took my order and me and the driver behind drove away.
