We all are humans and we commit mistakes unknowingly. But It is our responsibility to accept our mistakes and apologies to the customer. Last time when I visited this Tim, manager her self forgot to make my order and after 15 minutes when I asked about the order she replied what can I do if we forget to make the order. She was not only rude but aggressive too.
I think we all know by now that if you go to Tim's and they get your order correct, that is success. Asking for exceptional customer service is asking for wayyyyyyy too much.
I am a regular customer here (because my workplace is nearby) I order steep tea regularly.Day before yesterday I ordered two steep tea one with 3 cream and 3 sugar and another one with 2 creama and 2 sugar the funny thing is both of them tasted like the same. I would suggest the Tim Hortons in speedvale avenue East I think they are the best in Guelph.
Sharing this to tim hortons and overheads.Visited this tim hortons all the way driving from waterloo, asked harit(an indian guy working there) to open the door to go to washroomI can’t describe my condition being unwell asking several times literally begged to go to washroom he didn’t open the door and i have to literally pee outside tim hortons parking area.Being a owner of the hotel and as into hospitality industry its a basic right to go to washroom for anyone but there was no humanity with anyone working there…literally after begging so much i feel there is no humanity with anyone i feel so numb thinking all this and then writing this review to let the owners and all the higher authorities to know the basic necessities for the people as business runs on behalf of people not with basic ethics.
One of the stalls in the women's washroom is just locked with no sign on it or anything, meaning there is only one stall, idk if they just really wanna clean up after people who can't wait for the singular stall or what the deal is
Their drive through is always so slow. Every time I go I hope "Maybe this time it won't be bad," and every time I'm disappointed. I've tried to start going out of my way to go to a different Tim's.
Is other than the 2 screaming kids that were running around inside Tim Horton's normally that is quite nice to be able to have a sit down in this place.. I was really glad that we didn't have to stay
I had a craving for donuts and a coffee, so of course this was my first choice ? the store was clean, the staff was friendly, and my donuts were delicious! My only complaint was not getting a single napkin with my order ?♂️
Fast and pleasant service. Actually apologized for being slow (which they weren't) one of the best Tim Hortons to go too.
Easy way to judge any take out. Do they include napkins. This place failed.
