The food is made fresh to order, and the baked goods are made in house form scratch! There are gluten free options too. My go to combo is the enchilada with an iced latte.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food itself was kind of tasteless though. I had the black bean burger and it was basically mush. I guess there was sauce on it but I didn't taste anything. The curry potatoes were spicy, which I like, but again had a bland in taste.
Absolutely love this place! Enjoyed a delicious vegan club sandwich. Curried potatoes are extraordinary. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
The new owners and reno’s are amazing. The place is so clean and lush with plants- beautiful atmosphere. The vegan brownie was so delicious! Looking forward to trying everything on the menu. So many veg options!

One of my favourite spots in town. There are few vegetarian/vegan options in Guelph and this place has a wide selection and it's all delicious. Amazing vegan food, amazing people, and amazing atmosphere! I especially like the tempeh reuben and their new espresso machine makes the best americanos ? Their decision to continue to require proof of vaccination is one I stand behind. Keep up the great work Syd, Thuy, and all! ?
