First time going to Burger Priest and I must say I really enjoyed it. I got the High Priest and Poutine and everything was fresh and delicious. Even the actual eating area was clean and spacious for those wanting to dine in. I will definitely be going back.
Neat place, and quite a good menu, and seating. Had an OG cheeseburger combo and it was excellent. Hit the spot. Was too hungry to take pics ?
My first ever experience with Burger Priest, and I’m SUPER impressed! I’m very sensitive to gluten, but can tolerate some cross contamination and in sauces on occasion. Staff was awesome about ensuring my gluten free burger was safe for me. I wanted to try the special sauce, which staff was not able to guarantee it was gluten free, but I was willing to chance it. When working on my burger, staff once again ensured I knew that they couldn’t guarantee it was safe and insisted on calling the manager (at home!) to confirm before proceeding. NEVER have I had staff insist on checking safety with managers both for my benefit, and their own peace of mind. And yes, it was gluten free! Super impressed, and will definitely be back again! Staff members really care about the customer, which seems to be less common nowadays. 100% recommend!
Food was excellent. We had a chicken low priest and the chicken bacon ranch with one order of fries for 2 people. Food was hot when received and tasted very fresh. Would have given this a five star rating but the women’s washroom did not have any toilet paper and the men’s was out of paper towels! Check on the supplies before you use the facilities!!!!! Also tables all had crumbs on them from previous patrons. We’re there at 2:30 and it wasn’t busy at all, so I am unsure why details like wiping tables and replenishing supplies was not done.
Amazing burgers, awesome fries. Love it. Fresh, tasty, satisfying. The gluten-free bun was impressive, maintained it's integrity unlike the products from some other places. I ordered one out of necessity. Gluten is not my friend. The staff at this location seems nice enough, too. Good stuff!
Been going to this franchise for years since back at queen and coxwell, in Toronto. Was in the area and brought my friend who has never tried it. And he absolutely loved it. Great job with keep the quality up throughout your many locations now. Would recommend.

Every time I come here or order online, I want to enjoy it so much. I love the idea that their selling but unfortunately the product does not deliver. Burgers everything is extremely expensive and you get lower quality cooks than at McDonalds. Absolute waste of money every single time. You can't even ask for extra sauce or seasoning for their bland burgers because they don't actually follow through with the request. Honestly just spend the money savings from 1 meal and go to the grocery store to make burgers at home for your entire family for the same price or CHEAPER. And I guarantee they will be much better too!
Awesome service!I was ordering on Uber eats the other day, and the menu pricing was messed up. It was trying to charge you twice for fries in a combo. I called the store up and let them know of the issue. Not only did the manager on duty thank me for bringing it to their attention, they also gave me free fries to make up for the “inconvenience “(in quotes because it wasn’t even that inconvenient!)Thanks for the great food, and the great service always.Heads up to management, there still is an issue with the menu pricing with Uber! But I imagine that issue is probably on their end. Just wanted to let you know
