I get cravings for taco bell every now and then. Ate there last night. NEVER again!! The fries in the fries supreme could have been cardboard, old and barely edible. The tacos were truly disappointing. My dog liked the cinnamon twists, so I'll grant that one thing was edible, but not for humans.
No sauce. Haven't had sauce there in at least a month. I used a coupon which stated 4 beef burritos. Was given 2 bean and 2 beef. Asked why I didn't get 4 beef. The response was, well the coupon code says 2 bean 2 beef, so that's what you get. Even though the coupon states 4 beef.
Never waited 40mins behind 2 cars in a drive thru before. And laughable when the say there busy inside..... Must of forgotten about the massive windows you have or the empty parking lot beside the drive thru. Would go lower but 1 is as low as you can... Thanks for saying enjoy your meal spent the time I would of in line. Also didn't have like half topping so if anything times should be way lower cause you don't need to worry about making half the stuff, or putting any sauce in with order cause you bet those are gone to
Have been to this location a couple of times - both times I was missing items in my order. Most recently, half of what I ordered.When ordering, everything had been repeated back to me prior to pulling forward. This restaurant needs to work on professionalism and organization.
Easily the most polite drive- thru experience I have had, ever, at any restaurant.Whoever was manning the headset Sat. March 19, 2022, around 8 pm, hats off to you.Very polite, positive, and honestly, as small as a dinnerr transaction might seem, it is customer service like this that will guarantee my wife and I return and continue to.
Terrible never give you half of the meat or topping that other stores do. I ordered a double Crunchwrap supreme it’s supposed to have 2 layers of meat but I had maybe 1 half of meat and no second layer. They give you half the size of what a fry supreme is supposed to be. The store used to be really good but now they don’t care about the customers just the money
I wouldn’t recommend this location if you are a vegetarian. I asked for the vegetarian fries supreme and a veggie supreme taco and my boyfriend ordered fries supreme and a steak burrito and a beef soft shell taco. The problem is they did not mark the fries supreme from each other and it was really hard to make out the difference even after eating it. It was I think a great blunder when there were three people working and not a single customer not even in the drive through.
( tried to post a picture but wouldn’t let me) Imagine ordering a combo , paying extra for a fry supreme, getting home opening your box of fry supreme that only has like 10 fries drenched in topping glued to the corner of the box. Where is the rest of it ? So I call them up , mind you I live 15 minutes away and the Taco Bell informed me that all they would be able to do is give me a free fry supreme, so at this point he takes my name and I’m figuring that he is taking my name for the next time I come in. No , he wants me to come pick it up that night or nothing! Horrible customer service , he did not try to correct the situation nor did he even seem like he cared , I told him fine , if I’m going to get ripped off then at least I’ll leave a review with a picture so that other people can see the lack of service, he just replied “ok , that’s fine” and that was the end of that. Customer service has completely gone down the drain and it unfortunate because I actually have always loved Taco Bell. Hopefully a supervisor sees this or head office so they can work on the employees and don’t loose anymore business in the future. I believe customers are important and should be honoured if there is something wrong with the meal.
I only like their cinnamon twist fries and a drink but my mom and my brother love it so I will rate it a good review because they actually have good service here.
Used to go here once in a blue moon for a beef burrito. They used to be great. Decided to live life dangerously today and ordered two. Both were pretty much just all rice. Disappointed. Must be the owner trying to save money on meat or something. Oh well. Guess I won't be ordering here now. 7 bucks for two tortillas with bad tasting rice. Too bad really cause I really used to enjoy that as a treat once and a while.
