Excellent service, comfortable place Friendly staff, reasonable price, very delicious fresh food and good location.
Had a reservation. Been waiting for our food for more than an hour.Update! Food finally came but was only warm, except for those items that were actually cold. Sure hope there will be some apology with an explanation, but I am not holding my breath.The one star is for the waitress, who was friendly.
My partner and I went out for a late evening dinner and had such an exceptional experience with our server Rachel T. From the moment she introduced herself until the bill came, she was upbeat, positive, and such a friendly server. She was personable and just wanted to give her a shoutout for the amazing service. The food was great as usual as well but Rachel is what made the evening the best part.
I was seated immediately. I placed my order half chicken dinner with fries. Started off with a garden salad with double house dressing. Food was very good. Service was Friendly but slow.
Hang Gilmore rocks! Super attentive and personable. Only thing, and obviously not the servers issues… but a random customer had their bare foot up on a chair and it was super gross.
It was terrible. Not enough wait staff on. We had to wait a long time to place our order and then quite a while before our food came. The food was barely warm as I suspected it was going to be. Not the wait staffs fault so we didn't complain but it was not a good experience.
Phoned ahead for a take out order. I ended up questioning the lady as to where I had called. She said it was a call centre. I doubted that as the whole time I was on the phone I could hear two young children talking and a dog barking in the back ground. I was not comfortable leaving any of my info so once I arrived I walked in and placed order, which clearly took more time. Surprised at the level of professionalism from a chain restaurant. We are regular visitors here and have had nothing but great experiences lately. With 2 young kids, the servers are excellent; they bring out the food and drinks quick, any issues are resolved professionally and the food is always delicious. Highly recommend this location.
Swiss Chalet is a classic and tasty favourite of mine. Got this time on Uber Eats and was hot and the Swiss Chalet sauce was amazing as ever.It's one of the heartier meals out of the restaurants out there.
Ordered online. Told to pIck up at restaurant in 30 min. Arrived at 25 and the food was under the counter. Asked how long it had been there and was told 5 to 10 min. I checked the fries and they were cold. I asked if I could get new fries, she said I could. She returned and I asked if they were new fries, she affirmed that. I asked, “how they can be new fries when I saw the guy dump those fries into the basket and reheated. She apologized and confirmed they were reheated. Not only did the girl lie to me, but I ordered dark meat and got white. LYING AND A WRONG ORDER. TIME TO GET NEW STAFF OR MANAGEMENT, This place needs some serious help!
