Pretty much exactly what you'd expect from a Subway.
We got a roast beef and turkey sub. She put like 3 pieces of meat in both sandwiches.... You are saving a dime but loosing a customer.... We paid 15 dollars for 2 veggie subs.
The staff at this establishment are incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful to their customers. They not only screwed up our order, but then had the audacity to tell me that I was wrong, and not make good any of their errors. They were more concerned with justifying the mistakes then making it right. Shame on you and your staff for treating your loyal patrons in this manner. I will order from the Subway on Silvercreek moving forward. Don't support this business they are not worthy of your loyalty! They will not get another dollar of my hard earned money. Terrible business etiquette!
Absolutely discussing customer service. I called to place a pick up order, fist the left me on the phone waiting to take my order, then called back and wouldn’t pick the phone, 4 time I call they they told to just walk in cause they were busy and they couldn’t take my order over the phone?! Then he got all offensive. If you can handle rush hour, then you are in the wrong place to work with peoples.

Management was there tonight, had employees scared.Small selection of toppings, Soda flavors were sold out, washroom were closed. Seems like they are hurting, maybe the landlord won't give them a break or maybe they are cheap

Nice, clean and friendly place for getting your subs. There is a limit to people present inside the outlet due to current pandemic situation. The place looks hygienic at front. In all an overall good experience.
Employees can barely speak English. Hard to understand anything they were saying. Left frustrated with incorrect order.Wont be going back
I personally love subway, the one on Paisley Rd is so clean and made us feel safe ordering there.
