I've never had a bad experience with subway before, I love eating there. Went to Macdonell street for the first time and they were stingy with topping, sandwich was not cut in half, the guy working there was rude, tried to upcharge me $1 for extra pickles. Would suggest to avoid this location.

I'd love to rate my culinary experience. Unfortunately, they open 45 minutes after the posted time and therefore I cannot. Judging by the other reviews, it's evident the owner does not know how to run a business. This location has lost all potential business from me.
Dec 17, 3:30pmI ordered a foot long sandwich.I was disappointed when i opened to eat, it was not cut into 2 parts even it was not rapped properly , ut was only rapped in subway rap not in white paper then subway rap.And what if 2 persons had to eat still 1 foot is given as such.I dont want you should scold the guy on job just suggest him the right wayThanks
Food was good, customer service was terrible, and of course in this pandemic for our safety the only room in the building that one can wash their hands is closed.
Stopped in for a BMT after a few early evening pints. Service was quick and the staff were friendly and attentive.
Got a tuna sub made into a wrap. Strangely the wrap cost extra despite just replacing the bun with a tortilla. Amount of tuna and lettuce was on the low end and it felt like I was eating mostly tortilla. Otherwise it was tasty and service quick.
Went to downtown store.food gets. Pass only.bun was old dry and hard. Store was not neet and clean..tables needed wiped floors sweep and staff not friendly..will never return..Mr Sub for me..
It is a Subway. You know what Subway is. Don't overthink it.
Rude and racist customer service.Dine in for a 6 inch sandwich, no toilet paper in the washroom, ask server for tissue, server refuse to provide the tissue, after I insist he gives me a super tiny tissue and stating thats the “ 6 inch sandwich deserves tissue”.Super angry and confused how this could happened in this country.Already called subway head office for complain.Please wait my Attorney’s letter.Worst place ever.
