I wish I could give this 0 stars but sadly there's no option. I ordered a chicken teriyaki sub, and the employees gave me bread and chicken. The employees were extremely unhelpful and rude when I asked for help. Even worse, when I took a bite, the sub tasted like hot dog water. Absolutely disgusted by this. I wonder if the employees eat the food there. Definitely choosing another Subway after this that doesn't serve chicken that tastes like hot dogs. You literally can't even call it a sandwich.

I ordered two chicken teriyaki sandwiches online and they pack me these nasty sandwiches. I call the store and speak with the manager who is not willing to resolve the issue and blaming on me. According to him he does not care about customer service or bad google review. Even mention on phone that his owner is not listen to the customer or read reviews. I always love subway sandwiches. but never again from this stone road, guelph location. These people are just nasty and not customer friendly at all. seems like all five stars reviews are fake. I wish there is an option of zero star.

I am sharing the receipt of another customer, who has specified exactly what they want and if there are no toppings mentioned, it simply means that the customer wants just meat on the bread and no toppings. It happens many times that the customer wants only meat on bun. So, if you want to follow the exact formula then there is a column of ‘special instructions’ on the app where you can write - Follow the exact formula. so, it is just that you could not specify what you exactly wanted and blaming the whole thing on us. your order was not a ‘strange order’ because we get these kind of orders often. If you have any inquiries about the subway app you can ask us. We are willing to help our customers anytime, as Mr. Kulbir told you before. Thank you

Uh excuse me Mr. Kulbir Singh?? It says on the receipt "chicken teriyaki". Do you know what's included in a chicken teriyaki sandwich? According the the Subway website "It starts with Hearty Multigrain bread, add perfectly cooked grilled chicken strips, marinated in our NEW Sweet Onion Teriyaki Sauce, then pile on the crunch with lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers, red onions and top with another pass of our NEW Sweet Onion Teriyaki sauce." See that? VEGETABLES. That's like saying when you go to Tim Horton's to order donuts you have to specify you want the donuts cooked. Also as I recall you sad you didn't care if you got bad reviews, so why start now? And one more thing usually if you receive a weird order you check with the customer to see if they got what they wanted. Like every other Subway does. This just proves that you don't care about the satisfaction of your customers. You just want to make a cheap buck.

Hi Mr.Abid here is your receipt and there are no veggies mentioned on it so how we-can put any toppings by ourselves.We made your sandwiches as it mentioned on receipt.So please don’t make any fake ID’s as we see last five reviews from you under different names.If you still find any issues please take a look at your receipt.

I am subway lover but after today’s experience I wish I could give them zero starBut I want to post my experience with this location that’s why I m giving them one star. The employee (guy) was very rudeWe ask them to add more veggies he said u have to say all veggies like really if I m paying for my veggie footlong sub I expect veggies not just breadVery bad experience

Couldn't understand a word they said but they still made me a damn good sub.

I specifically asked to use different clean gloves for my order as I am a pure vegetarian. They started with new gloves and then made mixed orders. For the other order, they took bacon and other meat. The staff was not welcoming. They even messed up my order and tried to fix it later, making my sandwich wired. I felt like they wanted to get rid of me. Highly disappointed.

I ordered a steak and cheese thru Doshdash and they only put in half the meat. DisasterNever go to this location.

I go here often and everyone is really nice! There's one guy who always remembers my order no matter how long it's been, he knows exactly how I like my wraps! Clean and good food!
