Pleasant staff, tasty treats and breakfast sandwiches
Please learn the difference between iced and hot coffee. I don’t know if I have ever gotten the right order at this Starbucks before and while I do not feel the need to interrupt them and get things corrected, I am getting increasingly annoyed with the lack of care almost every morning with clarifying iced or hot :)
Everything was perfect, they even removed my whipped cream. Unfortunately they substituted a grilled cheese with something with meat for a vegetarian.This was technically my own fault. Although I did not recognize they were calling me since the call was from Uber in Manitoba, caller ID did not say Uber however. I get a lot of spam calls from out of province numbers so I often ignore them unless I’m expecting a call.Next time please use the materials to make a grilled cheese. It’s not rocket science especially since the chimmichurri chicken sandwich has cheese and bread…
Have frequented this location many times. Each time I’ve received great and friendly service. Drive through lines can be long at times so ordering in store may be a better option. Overall probably the best location in Guelph.
Jack and Isabel are exceptionally amazing, incredible service, great attention to detail, the only Starbucks I need to visit! They both deserve raises!
We stopped by for a celebratory coffee after getting vaccinated, and Morgan (the barista working the drive-thru) was an absolute delight to speak to! Excellent service, as always.

The line ups are always super long but the staff is fast and very friendly! Every drink is made exactly how I like it! Thank you!

He made my morning when he was letting my husband in on the logistics of order starbucks drinks such as my macchiato XDAfter he he schooled him on what a venti is he told me he'll figure it out :)I was havjnf a pretty depressing day so I truly appreciated the laughter bill provided me and my drink:)Thanks Bill.
