Sad place. You can feel there's something going on there and it's not okay
Very convenient because I work at the same plaza. But every time I come in the cashiers or baristas never a HI or HOW ARE YOU? Probably because I don’t look CANADIAN ENOUGH? I feel they are pretty RACIST, unprofessional. I rather go to Tims across the street, much better SERVICE and better COFFER!
Got a cinnamon dolce latte this morning for $7 This is the second time the my drink was less than 3 quarters of a grande cup including the foam and there was no cinnamon on top! They were really doing well before and I really liked this location. They also forget the toppings so basically you have to open your cup to check if they gave you a bland drink.
i just bought chae latte from there and speciall mentioned one pump sugar and they put too much sugar i think 2 or 3 pumps . totally disappointed ?
I can't believe they will sell you this for 7 bucks and hand it to you knowing it feels half empty with a smile. This location should be ashamed to be short-changing it's customers like this. They are too inconsistent these days and wont be going back.
Still liking Tom Horton's better ... Needing to use washroom ... Ordered a lemonade... Way too sweet!
i am not sure whats going on with this location here, recently its consistently getting drink orders wrong, and its not the same quality as other starbucks locations. the services i receive is never consistent, some days you will get a nice person some days not.
This location has been my favourite until lately.I asked for no/very low foam and this is what I get! My Green Tea latte was almost quarter empty … what’s going on? I paid over $7 for this drink and this is not the first time!Com’on game up and make the drinks right, don’t cheat us!!!
What happened to this place?? Did they change owners or something?? Like they don’t fill the drinks to the top- constant wrong orders, SUPER LONG WAIT LINES- (RETRAIN EVERYONE!!) and ummmm….dare I say they’ve BecomeRude and racist ?? Like why do you even have the “support blm” sign when you don’t practice what you preach???!!! They treat the “others” rude here and they used covid as an excuse not to clean their bathroom. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Totally disappointed!! Just like William fresh cafe on stone road, they have totally declined…good thing for the new Tim’s across the street now.
The location at 538 Hespeler Rd is better if you choose to dine in. However, they get quite busy in the afternoons.
