Fries are terrible. Undercooked, starchy, limp, not salted or seasoned in any way. Not even close to crispy. Took a pretty long time for a simple poutine too. Like over 10 minutes with only one other customer in the store. Gravy mediocre, cheese curds seem like the cheap kind.Overall very disappointed, 8 bucks for a small poutine that was basically inedible.Service was fine place looked nice but who cares when the food sucks
I always appreciated that you have halal burgers on your menu, do you still have that option?
Ordered this evening through Skip. What we got was good, however one burger was missing a premium topping we paid for and another topping was wrong, and there was a missing fries. I guess we’ll try elsewhere in the future.
Restaurant is clean, decent lay out. The service was awful, out of onion rings at 1pm in the afternoon, the fries lacked any seasoning & tasted like stale fryer oil. The burger was dry & overcooked. Definitely save your money & go elsewhere.
Couldn’t understand the staff. Was not offered additional garden toppings. Was out of onion rings mid day. The fries were from frozen and tasted like fryer oil. I only tried this place because Smashies was closed for some reason.
The burger was good. BBQ chicken sandwich was not. The milkshake needed to be redone as it wasn’t mixed and basically a scoop of ice cream still in it.The poutine was good, too.Overall we waited far too long for the food.
They taste like home made burgers, sometimes they can take long to make them, but it's a good choice
The standard 5oz burger is awesome. Genuinely think their burger patty and the way it’s cooked is the best. Better than all the fancy burger joints in the area imho. Especially with extra signature sauce. And love that they have a halal option.
Food and service were very good.My bad review is that this place was gross. My shoes stuck to the floor when I walked. At the doorway there was garbage piece all over the floor.When I went to the bathroom it looked like it had not been cleaned in days. There was a brown hard water ring stain in the toilette.This kind of hygiene really scares me.
Good overall. Love this chain
