First time here and they messed up my order. The owner of the restaurant immediately took ownership of the problem and apologized. He fixed the problem quickly. The chicken burger and milkshake were both delicious. Staff and owner were very friendly

Amazing customer service!! The Skip driver forgot my extra gravy and before I even received my order at my door the restaurant called and told me it was left behind and that they were driving it to me. Most places would have just offered to refund me the cost of the extra gravy. They definitely went the extra mile!
The restaurant was re done, and wow the colour stand out and it so much nicer with the dining area.Went here for dinner last night with my spouse, and friendly customer service and amazing burgers and poutine. Definitely are favourite date night to go

Just had lunch here, it was great! Regular size sauteed poutine and a regular burger with bacon and cheese. A little pricier than a deluxe fast food offering, but the portions are large enough that I couldn't finish on my lunch break. Definitely good value to be found here. Will visit again!

I liked Sam's grill when they first opened but just ordered poutine the other day and all 3 dinners were covered in salt. Couldn't eat any of them so ended up having to cook another meal. Very disappointed as we were all looking forward to having poutine.
Food is ok. Fries were over cooked but were palatable once we added our own ketchup and vinegar (none was included) Burgers were decent but the meat was dry and a little small for a double. Onion rings serving was small. We only got 2 small napkins for a 2 person order. If you can eat a burger and fries with only one napkin is it really a great burger?Also… the bag was held together with masking tape?
