We had an amazing time here, the Green Curry, Pad Thai, Tom Kha soup and Viet Iced Coffee tasted awesome and unlike any we've tasted before due to the fact that the taste being very unique to this restaurant. Shout out to the owner for being super friendly and accommodating and we enjoyed talking with her. We would definitely be stopping by again when we are in the area and craving some Thai food.

I love the food here, but I am disappointed with the service recently, as it is usually good. A few weeks ago, my small order took over 2 hours to be delivered to my house, with no apology or sense of urgency when I called to ask where it was. More recently, my chicken pad Thai came with over half the chicken replaced with tofu? I didn’t order this and if they had to make a substitution, they should have asked because of allergies to soy. All in all, I enjoy the food a lot, but this is making me consider my alternatives.

Food was fresh and full of taste. Large portions for a fair price. Server was personable and attentive, she suggested the chicken Pad Thai which was absolutely amazing.

I have mixed reviews about this place. I am vegetarian and normally Thai/Vietnamese restaurants have a lot of delicious vegetarian options. The Tom Kha soup was very tasty and hearty. However, the green curry had vegetables that were cut very large and inconsistently. They had no flavour and tasted steamed. The curry itself had no flavour and was not spicy, as advertised. I liked that the tofu was sliced thinly and had a sear on it, but that’s about it. Had the vegetables been cut smaller/consistently and allowed to cook in a tasty curry sauce, like most vegetarian curries, the overall flavour would have been much better. I would order the soup again, but the curry needs some improvement.

First time at the Red Papaya and it was great! Four of us travelled down from Burlington to see them host the Practically Hip which was such a fun show! Jill was awesome. She was very professional and worked her butt off the entire night but still made time to come say hi to us; she made us feel very welcome. Would definitely make the trek up to Guelph again!

Drunken Noodles & Green Curry were disappointing. No flavour on the noodles & curry was more like a gravy with little curry flavour. Pad Thai was ok. Delivery time was over an hour and a half. Maybe an off night for them but wasn’t great.

I haven’t been here since the Pandemic. Today I was in Downtown Guelph so I decided to stop by and do some takeout, their food still tasted the same. I love the Mango Salad with Fresh Beef Roll, especially the Pho is my number one to go for. Their wine and cocktails also very nice. Highly recommend this place! Good place for a cozy dinner with your family & friends.

Red Papaya has the best Thai and Vietnamese Food in Guelph. I have been eating here for years and I've never been disappointed. The food is always delicious and the service is always great. I highly recommend it!

Red Papaya is hands down the best Thai and Vietnamese food available in Guelph. My partner and I have been enjoying their food since 2013 and the quality has always been top notch. The portions are huge and, unlike the competition, there is always a healthy amount of veggies with their curries and stir fry's. We have travelled through Southeast Asia many times and Red Papaya is the closest thing to being there.

My favourite Thai place in town. They have the best soup and curry. Food is so delicious. I have eaten here many time over the years and it's always consistently delicious and amazing service! I will always come back
