Ordered honey garlic chicken، putting the terrible taste aside, the chicken was so black that looked like meat!!Terrible food. Stay away for your health!
I wish I could give no stars at all. nothing I say can express how horrible their customer service was.I ordered online for delivery, an emergency came up so I wouldn't be home to be able to eat the food. I called in to let them know that i was cancelling my order, as soon as I told them that the person on the phone had started yelling saying that I couldn't cancel since the driver was already on the way, the screaming at me so i cut the call, the person called again saying, and I quote " if you don't have money, don't order the food"
When I ordered online, it said 40 minutes until pick up, but when I arrived I had to wait another HOUR. I waited in my car because there were 5 other people in the retaurant and I like to be as safe as possible. The food was very bad. Absolutely flavourless. I honestly think it made me sick and don't bother talking to the manager, he is absolutely terrible; defensive, interrupting, not listening, insinuated I was lying. Do not recommend this place and if I could give it 0 stars I would.
Very good! And will order again. Chicken chop suey was el dente vs sloppy or overcooked as some are; lemon chicken delicious. Chicken fried rice and won ton soup also very good.
Lemon chicken was really good and they had great portions for only $10. Would definitely recommend!
I'm sure y'all can afford to use a little flavouring here and there, and please consider it, but most importantly just give people the actual time it's going to take to prep their food. It's maddening just waiting and waiting, long after the time quoted has elapsed. I don't mind waiting if there's an end in sight, but waiting blind for over twice the expected time is incredibly frustrating.
Food is bland, everything tastes the same. you get take out without soya sauce or plum sauce, disappointed, had it before and it was good, last night was not
Horrible experience at Ray's Chinese. The staff is extremely rude and they don't care for customer service. They charged me extra money for a substitution without informing me and when I asked about it, the owner started shouting at me and called names to me.Would never ever recommend this to anyone.
Just called to order dinner, to be delivered. First told it would be 20-25 minutes, then found it would actually be closer to one hour for delivery. When I called to see what was going on, when it would actually be delivered, spoke with the owner on the phone - the RUDEST man you could ever imagine. When I asked him to stop speaking to me in that tone, he said several times, emphatically - "oh, your name is KAREN, right? KAREN?!". For average food, this is no way to treat a customer.
I was told that Ray's had best Chinese food, had chance to have for my birthday. The chicken balls and lemon chicken mostly bread, rice was like minute rice. Totally disappointed, will not go back there again
