After a long time not seeing my work family due to covid19 we finally connected. Was a lovely lunch, food and atmosphere. The fish n chip was amazingly good, batter not to thick and homecut fries, gravy very tasty ?
Googled a place for the best wings in Guelph to go with my husband for my birthday lunch. Came across R U Serious and decided to give it a try. When we arrived we weren't sure what to expect of this small pub but we were open minded. We ordered 3 wing flavours Hot Honey, Gar Par and Forty Creek along with some fries. We were completely blown away! Best wings, super crispy and saucy, the the fries were amazing too! Like food truck fries, very crispy. We will definitely be back!
This is my favourite place to eat both dine in and take out. I crave many items on the menu and always hope that my life schedule will permit me to have a night here. It is clean , the staff is wonderful, the food is fresh and omg the frosted glasses!!Fish and chips..chicken wings, fries and gravy, caesar salad..chicken fingers tossed in one of my favourite wing sauces..order anything..they do a great job on everything.
Such a good experience. We went during lunch with our one year old, and despite most people being older and having a real “bar” look, they welcomed us and our baby with no issue! The food was fantastic and really good value for your dollar. The waitress was kind and attentive and we would definitely recommend RU Serious to anyone who asks for a good place to eat and drink in Guelph. Cheers!
My son and I were craving wings... Decided to go here for lunch. The server is fantastic... She handles the entire place on her own and doesn't miss a thing. Always super friendly! Food is always great, best wings in town!
Wow! I had one of the best burgers ever here!! We did go to this restaurant on St. Patrick's Day, and it did appear that they were under staffed. Wait times were a little too long for our liking, but the quality and portion sizes of the food made up for it!We will definitely be returning here again, just during a not so busy time!
My friend and I were looking to find a place to unwind and commiserate after a stressful couple weeks. We thought the name of the place was apropos for what we needed to chat about. The service was friendly, the food fresh/tasty, and I had three of the most delicious Tom Collins. We had the dill pickle spears, mozza sticks (truly the best I've had in a while), and hearty flavourful wings. A must try in Guelph.
I really loved the place. It's a typical local Sports Bar with a great atmosphere, a good selection of beer, friendly people and tasty food. Large portions. They even had kids menu. Would recommend!

Working man/woman's pub. That's just the start. Kimberly and Lesley are the best ever owners of this place the staff are super friendly even when they are crazy busy. The best place to meet and have a laugh make new friends because everyone is friendly. The food is great here just another reason to stop is. Say Hi to Kimberly and tell her Randall and Susie sent us.
