Honestly, their food quality is 5/5, but their prices are 1/5.... they're among the most expensive pizza places in Guelph (you can get a 6-10 topping pizza from dominos for half the price compared to Pizza Pizza), their offers and discounts via the APP or WEBSITE is terrible, I know they can do better, btw just letting you guys know... more sales = more profit, improve your prices please. $20+ for a large 4 topping pizza is ridiculous. Dominos has a 4 topping pizza for 12.99 plus tax which is under $15.
I placed an order at this store in-person. The customer service was awesome. Great store for pizza.
I have known the pizza pizza offered at gluten free crust for a while but I didn't know that they also offer dairy free cheeze. I ordered a za from them last night for the first time in Millenia!! It. Was. Delicious!! I waited to review the pizza because I wanted to see how the leftovers faired. I've had some GF crusts that just turn to mush on reheating. This one didn't. It's a cauliflower crust so that may be the difference. I loved it. This is now my go to place for GF/DF pizza!!
Pizza was wrong, I called an they said we sent you a confirmation number.App is confusing, never had a option for 2 pizzas, I type the same x2 and it came up with 4 the amount of cheese ?Customer service is not the greatest.
Went late at night looking for some ‘Za. We often order the walk in special, with extra sauce on the bottom.. the wait was worth it! Epic pizza hot from the oven, half pepperoni half cheese, and the crew did not hold back on the toppings.. Great service from a solid crew who will take care of you, good Pizza hot from the oven…. Thanks Fellas!!
A good place to have a nice pizza is in Guelph near stone road mall.Offers and customer service are really good.
Pizza pizza is my best pizza hook up. Their Hawaiian Pizza is my favorite but last night's experience wasn't the best.I went into the store at stone road mall Guelph at around 7.45pm and ordered for my usual Hawaiian Pizza but when I got home, I was shocked that they served me burnt pizza!!!The crust was so burnt that one could taste the charcoal from the oven. The bacon strips were equally burnt, I don't even want to talk about the tomato paste. The whole order was just burnt. I could have taken it back but I am pregnant and was so tired to drive.Overall I am so disappointed to say the least.
It's a Pizza Pizza store. Actually, the server was really friendly. He took the extra time to make sure my slice was heated all the way through. There aren't many stores that aren't in a hurry to get you out the door...hoose this one.
