Don’t typically post reviews..ordered back in April and today (June) and it was the exact same experience. Ordered online with an eta and pizza wasn’t delivered until 30 mins AFTER the ETA and this was after I called where they said “will be there in 10 mins, we only have one driver” this was the exact same experience both time. The pizza also doesn’t taste quite right. The original location on Stone Road was great (maybe had an issue once where I received the wrong pizza and they replaced it). This location isn’t rectifying issues what so ever. Horrible experience both times I’ve ordered. Wanted to give it another chance, but can’t see myself going back.
The tap water here tastes weird? Might be the plumbing because it seems to effect the soft drinks too. Other than that, ?
Paid almost $40 and got a pizza that wasn't fully cooked. Dough was still super doughy and tasted raw. The toppings were nice but they weren't staying on the dough. What a disappointment.
Pizza arrived on time and hot. The rest was mediocre at best. Toppings were plentiful but bland. Very little sauce. Crust was not fully cooked. Arrived squished to one side of the box. The delivery charge was added to the bill after we ordered, significantly increasing the expected cost. We paid $40 for a single, mediocre large pizza. I was struggling between 1 and 2 stars, but the price was the clencher. You can get a Casa di Mama frozen pizza for $5 and it would be just as good.\\n\\nOrdered a 14\\\" stuffed crust meat lovers.
This business is complete train wreck. We've been waiting for almost 2 hours for our order and we've spoken to them multiple times for an update and noone can explain where the hell our dinner is. AVOID AT ALL COST!
Hands down one of the best pizza places...authentic pizza hut taste!
I ordered a triple crown. They sent me a sausage pizza. No ones picking up the phone to fix the mistake.Edit: I went ahead and sent an email on the experience and completed a survey on the experience. Maybe then someone will help me.
Twice in a row they messed up my order. The first time I chalked it as an honest mistake but the second when I brought it up, they refused to fix it. Instead arguing about what I ordered
Pizza Hut has always been a childhood favorite! Always hits the spot
Ordered $50 worth of pizza and breadsticks and after waiting 2 1/2 hours... IT NEVER ARRIVED! Was on hold on the phone for about 1 HOUR starving before giving up and ordering pizza elsewhere. AVOID THIS PIZZA HUT AT ALL COSTS THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU.
