Pizzas were good. Picked up order but not ready on time as stated on screen. Waited another 10 minutes.

Staff were lazy, no one available to pick up a phone. Called for 40 mins and no apology when I arrived at the location. Employees and managers need to do better for the public.
This location apparently no longer does carry out, nor do they answer their phones
This could have easily been a one star review. Did they get my order right?? No. Was it ready on time?? No. Did they go out of there way to fix my order without me having to ask?? Yes. They went above and beyond what I would have expected. Thank you for showing me that some restaurant still value their customers. Plus the quality of food was amazing.
Food is rarely sufficiently cooked. Just ate a regular pizza an hour ago, feeling sick. The pizza crust is still like dough when served.
Worst customer service. Did not answer the call for 45 minutes. Asked if they had any walk in promos or call in promos one employee didn’t know then the other employee just said no. Without checking. I would stay away as it took me 2 hours to even order pizza and didn’t even get it.
This was good pizza. I have not eaten pizza hut in years, but I have to say damn good!!
I had been avoiding this place for a few years because of how bad it used to be… well I just ate there now, top marks, this is the Pizza Hut pizza I used to love! I had the meat lover and the pepperoni (also came with chicken and all sorts of stuff). Was allllll good! Nothing else to say, this place is great. New owners in the last year maybe?
Amazing pizza quality. So far, the only place which is 80% egg free. All doughs are egg free. Kind of best place for vegetarian person. Good balance between vegetarian food and non-vegetarian food. Best for both. Very good taste of pizzas. They got good offers too. Overall, I loved it. Super friendly and helpful staff. Kudos for that!
