After an interaction with confrontational guests, the staff did a very professional job of defusing the situation. Someone's meal was late to the table, but the staff did not charge them for any of the meals they had eaten. The guests were asked to leave after verbally abusing a member of the staff, but refused. Overall, a very safe and welcoming establishment. And of course I have to mention their delicious food! 10/10
Pulled pork was very good, the BBQ sauce it came with had a good bite. Fries were tasty, reminded me of home cooked fries from the farm. The Brisket however was too dry. I’ve had brisket from the heart of BBQ country in the States and it’s moist and tender. This tasted more like slices of burnt ends than brisket. Slaw was bland. Have to be honest, I had hoped for better.

Food is incredible. Fresh, healthy and fully of flavour. The vibe takes you back in time to the old time grocer and the team makes you feel so connected feeling. A must visit and dine (take in or take out) if you live in Guelph or are visiting. Also the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies are incredible! Thanks for the great food and experience!

A unique place! A combination of restaurant and general store with a historical air. Friendly staff, good food, and good service for a delightful dining experience. Can't beat that!
The brisket and the trout are very delicious, as are the sides. My first time ordering from Park Eatery and I'm so happy to support a business that belongs to the living wage network. I'll definitely order from them again.
I love the atmosphere of Park Eatery. The dining room is decorated so beautifully. The brunch is delicious and they have many caffeinated beverages to choose from. The service was great.
I shouldn’t rate this place 5 stars simply because I will never be able to enjoy my coffee and brisket sandwich anywhere else as much as I did here, it is just that good.Coffee is fantastic, and I can die happily after that brisket!100% would recommend
Edit - Park Eatery reached out to me and will make it right next time so I will give them another chance and post a new review when I do. They obviously care about their customers and take pride in their business. Over an hour and 15 minutes delivery time when ordered at 4:45 on a Sunday. Food was all ice cold on arrival and 2 of the 3 meals were undercooked or overcooked. I had high hopes for this place after reading good reviews. It’s also across from my favorite bakery. Maybe I’ll give them a second chance in person. I do have pictures I could add but I won’t. Sometimes places just have a bad night.
