Best service at this location. Friendly and they make the subs well.+1 for the crispy onions!

We came late and the gal working was super nice. The young guy was super rude and grunted I got to go and walked out on her.
Definitely go to the other Guelph mr sub this one doesn’t even have a sub of the day special and he put a small size amount of meat on my large sub looked at me like I’m crazy when I asked about the sub of the day I should have walked out and went to the hanlon one right then
Excellent customer service. I have a mobility problem, I walk with a cane. I have had there staff open the door for me. And open the door on my leaving. Subs always delicious, and they put on as many toppings as you wish.
So this mr sub needs more people who enjoy it as much as my father and I to write reviews. Alot of happy customers don't leave reviews but the ones who want to complain do.My father has been eating mr sub for over 35 years (never subway) and this mr sub has the freshest ingredients to this day as he says and I agree. The owners/employees are friendly and quick. I come here religously every week.Regarding the poor reviews for delivery. You cant put the delivery services on these people, its a 3rd party delivery service. And as an ex delivery driver, drivers dont care. They care about one thing and thats money.I seen a review for saying they are cheap and dont put enough ingredients on. As a 6'3 210Ibs man i can assure you they load the subs up so i was actually surprised to see a review regarding that.Look, this is hands down the best mr sub. Give it a shot I promise you will enjoy it. Ignore the negative reviews, some people just look for something to complain about. Its 2022. Worst customer service I’ve ever received. I ordered through skip the dishes and asked for sauce on the side. Okay fine mistakes happen but why does the employee have to call me and ask me why I even ordered the sauce on the side and it’s an inconvenience to them. Are you joking? Never will I order from here again.

Food is good but they are extremely cheap. I asked for extra cucumbers on a 6 inch sub and the lady working there only put like 3 slices.... They really need to step up the game on toppings. Everytime I went to other mr sub locations it was a lot better for serving size.. very disappointed.
I usually order a sub a week. I’m happy with the staff and owner. The food is fresh and they are more than happy to make your sub your way!
