Montana is not the same old good food like it was. Good steak with flavour, kids menu matches there theme is just not there. Maybe Covid and cost might have something to do with it but it is just not the same. Service is excellent, waiting time is minimal.
I had not been to Montanas in a very long time so l was excited to go! Unfortunately their ribs were not what they used to be which was fall off the bone. Mine were tuff and not alot of meat , my potato was dry and the position sizes were much smaller on my family's plates as well. I don't know what happened, but not how l rememberd. Most likely will not return.
It had been many years since we visited Montana's last, and let me start by saying it was much better than we remembered. Had Sunday dinner here, and enjoyed it very much. Our food arrived quickly and was hot and fresh. The wings were fantastic, and a perfect appetizer. The Veggie burger was very good and filling, as was the BBQ brisket sandwich. The stone fruit iced tea was excellent too. Our sever was polite, attentive and had a great approach. We will be back soon.
We love going to this restaurant! Consistently great food, good value, excellent service, food comes out fast and kid-friendly. The menu specials change regularly and always interesting dishes. We just keep going back!
I don't normally come to Montanas, but I really enjoyed the food and the service. I ordered the butter milk fried chicken. I loved it, but wished that the chicken pieces were larger. The mashed potatoes were to die for. It was fluffy and buttery. The Cornbread was perfectly baked and the beans were crunchy. The burger was so filling and the fries were crispy and soft on the inside. I would go back again!
Unfortunately there were no lunch options as we visited on a Saturday. Usually I would rate 5*, however I was not impressed that my tap cider was served on ice - so much ice I could barely drink it. It tastes like water by the end. Food was pretty good! Service was decent.
I’m giving 3 stars because of inconsistency in food quality. Sometimes the same dishes will taste disgusting or amazing depending on when you go… I think it depends on which chef is cooking your food.
Great food. Missing the indoor dining with the lockdown but we did do take out the other night and were happy with our meal. Staff we kind and friendly

Ordered 2 meduim steaks through skip yesterday, 1 came rare while the other was well done. For 30 CAD a steak, I expected the steaks to at least cook right. What an absalute disapointment!
