Bought a roblox card I had-two by-mistake. Only wanted one. They deactivated one and away I went with the other. When home realized I had the deactivated one not the one that worked. Went back and had no problem at all. The blonde hair supervisor (sorry) didn’t get her name. Worked with me found the correct card. No questions asked. What wonderful customer service. Thank you
It is expensive for nothing, food Basics has same products and same no name products and much much cheaper.I know it is high standard place but even the pizza there is not good , I tried to find a decent chocolate gift I COULDN'T ?.Just expensive for nothing
Not bad selection, has a small vine rack as well and pretty good sea section rest is like pretty much anywhere... and it has Starbucks ?
The Manager in the Buthery needs to be more careful.I have been living in Guelph for 3 months and visited Metro for lamb and twice the meat was foul smelling. Actually Rotten.
Beautifully organized grocery store. Fresh produce, dairy, butcher, seafood, flowers. Tons of selection of local and import products. Beer and Wine. Wide aisles, friendly staff, helpful signage. Clean, neat, fair prices.
This is my go to store when back in the area. Great variety of products, good sales and friendly staff. In- store Starbucks is a bonus and the pharmacy there is incredible for customer service.
It's currently 9:40 pm on Friday Dec 24th 2021..Why was store closed at 8:50 pm. Online states 10 pm sign in window of store has the same thing. Didn't have my phone to snap photo...So Metro... I just spent 90 minutes of my time expecting that I could buy the last couple of items that are staples on Xmas day..Thank's for the lump of coal..Oh I will be returning it all over social media.Want to fix it .... my time, in
Great selection of ready to eat food.. For Starbuck fans there's one inside.. Great desserts fresh products well designed layout of store. Only one negative about this Metro is its tiny self checkout area. Limited space to place items in bags after being scanned.
I visited meat counter for a couple of specials Nov 14 at 9:30 a.m. and as usual they had no stewing beef that was on sale at all. The roast that were on special were not on the counter but they had some in the back. So they brought out 1 to me and none to restock the shelf. I am completely used to this tactic at the Guelph store. The part that I am writing about is the argument I witnessed over the counter between 2 staff from the meat department and a staff member from another department which included some choice 4 letter words! Inappropriate behavior in front of waiting customers to say the least!
No cashiers around 9pm. Only self checkout with very little space to use and very crowded. Prices are expensive on most items, but some items are priced reasonably. Lots of variety, but limited on vegetables and fruits. For a grocery store it's a small selection.
