I've been to this restaurant many times. I've been inside to order and sit down at their diner. They do their best to keep it clean. They do have Washrooms and Wheelchair Accessible Entrances. I also used their drive through to order. Sometimes, I had to wait for my food. They would have me wait at their parking spot in front of the restaurant. They will tell me how long it will take. Most of the time it moves quickly. Their service is good and they are very pleasant. They do have free parking with Wheelchair Accessible Parking Lots. It's a great place for children. It's busy most of the time. That's a good sign.
I took my students here today around 11:30 and the staff was so kind and amazing with them. I thought they would be annoyed with such a large group of kids but particularly one young man and woman were so friendly and outgoing with my kids. It really made our day.
Ordered to eat in. Sid not get a ticket from machine and stood waiting to tell someone for a good couple of minutes. The workers I was trying to tell were not serving any customers. They were standing at the til looking at something. When one of them went to walk away I had to stop him to tell him what happened. Never once did either of them offer to help me.Once we got our food and drinks we realized that we didn’t get straws or napkins. Had to go to the counter again to ask. Then when we sat down one of us had a poutine and there was no fork. So up again I went. Terrible service!!!Also, the main reason I go to McDonalds is for the fries. The last 2 times the fries have been soggy and not good at all.THIS McDonald’s IS AWFUL!!! Use to be really good. Is it under new management?!?!
Every time I visit this store, I promise myself that it'd be the last visit. Unfortunately, there's no other store nearby that offers coffee and food at middle of the night.Sometimes they charge more than they're supposed to, sometimes they charge for wrong order, and would never accept their mistakes. ?
This location NEVER provides the condiments requested. It’s a small, but super annoying issue that ruins the experience every time I order from here.No nugget sauce, no salsa packets, no ketchup. It should be an easy fix but they’re just lazy.
Again service was friendly and Casino is nice but I would not recommend eating anything here ordered chow mein and some beef rice noodle the meat was bad turns your stomach just from the smell nicely told the lady and she says I no give you your money back but I can make you another lol I said no thank you Other than the food it was a good night just disappointing that we had to go through that
I have been to this location on many occasions because it is the closest one to my house and I have left extremely disappointed in almost every visit. The fries that I order from here are almost always stale and have a bitter after taste. Additionally, I have noticed that this is the only location that rips people off with their mcflurries by leaving half of the cup empty! On several occasions I have ordered the mcflurry and found that about half the regular size cups were left empty after quickly stirring the icecream. I have went in a complained many times and yet it happened again today but I didn’t have the time to go back in. If you guys are going to charge such an inflated price for an icecream and fries then at least make sure the quality and quantity is adequate. It’s such a shame that such a powerful company is ripping off its customers!
I have been a regular at this store for some time now. The food has always been good and the employees are great as well.The cashiers refer to you by name, which is nice. Mary is a very pleasant cashier who works in the morning, she always greets customers warmly and gets the order ready quickly, which is much appreciated.The Guest Experience Leader, Mr. Marinus, is extremely welcoming and even came up to my table to enquire if everything was good.He was also very helpful in suggesting the use of the McDonald's App from which I have benefited immensely as I was previously paying regular prices for everything and not getting any benefits or deals.These little acts of caring made my experience at this store a really great change from the usual fast food setup of McDonalds.It made my experience feel almost like that at a sit-down restaurant (casual-dining restaurant) experience.I am extremely grateful for the staff's warm, friendly nature and helpful suggestions.It is great to have such people working and making customer experiences truly memorable!Kudos to you Mary and Marinus, keep up the good work! ?
The absolute most unorganized McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Was told to wait at spot number 5 (which doesn’t exist) at the drive through since all 4 spots were full. After more than 20 minutes of wait in the car I decided to go in and ask for help, spoke to multiple employees and after another 15 minutes of wait and listening to employees talking about their personal life I was finally told they don’t even have my orderAnd I can’t even remember how many times I’ve items missing in my order ESPECIALLY if it’s late night. This is the nearest McDonald’s in my area but from now on I’d rather drive further or look at other options, wanna wait 40 minutes for some McDonald’s anyone?
Mary is an excellent worker and Marinus is very friendly. Other than one blonde haired female manager who did an excellent job diffusing an irate customer, the rest of the staff is terrible. Mistakes with almost every order, such as today, I was given the wrong drink again. Weekend crew is a complete disaster as they don't care at all. Waits can be upwards of 10-15 minutes for a basic drink.
